Hi! I'm Anne and I'm 26... I have a 4 year old son from a previous relationship. I was with the father for a while when I was pregnant even if I knew things werent working out for the both of us just because I wanted to build a family...but after a while of being crazy over the relationship I finally said goodbye to him. He was a lazy bum who didnt wanted to work just because he is a spoiled brat in their family and the major thing that made me decide to leave him was .... him being a woman beater--he almost killed me.
After that relationship I thought that I would never fall in love again, I was really scared to trust. I almost gave up on love when after almost 4 years I met a very wonderful guy who loves me and my son so much.... my fiance --- yes! i am marrying him ... soon. We have just decided around April that we wanted to have a baby already so when he got back here last May (we currently have a long-distance thing because of his work, but eventually we will be moving in together really soon) we BD for 2 weeks! And yes finally at 13 DPO I got a BFP! I got my blood work done the next day and yes it confirmed my pregnancy with a good set of numbers.
At 3 1/2 weeks I had my first ultrasound which didnt show anything at all. So I was scheduled for another one, at 7 weeks 2 days... I had my 2nd ultrasound and yes!!! I saw our baby and with a very strong heartbeat! God is really good.
My fiance and I are really excited and happy with this pregnancy and I hope and pray that God will continue to keep our baby healthy. God made the relationship even stronger despite the distance because He has blessed us with a baby.

What a relief seeing the little blip on the screen is! I'm so happy for you and enjoy your pregnancy. It will drag until the baby comes, and then you'll wonder how it went by so fast! Congrats!

I just read the earlies they can see anything is 30 days GESTATIONAL with a TVU- and then it would be the yolk sac. So that would put you at around 6-7 wks.

I piddled on the internet for a few minutes about your Q on wk 4. You can have a level that high as early as wk 5- so maybe your date is wrong. I didn't look into the possibility of twins. But, the heartbeat doesn't even start until day 18, some say later. The baby isn't even implanted until day 9 or 10. Think how microscopic it is even then. I really think it is just too early. so you got your bfp are cyclemines was May 29thwe are only 1 day apart i tested on the 22 got a positive went to doctors on 26 another positive so im 4 weeks did u ever find out if 4 weeks was to early for U/s......

Its completely normal to see nothing on an u/s at 3-4 weeks. Your baby has only been implanted for a week or two, and is too small to see. I am surprized they gave you an u/s before 6 weeks, it can cause nothing but worry! At six weeks, I could only see a yolk sac, and that freaked me out! But a week later, there was a strong hb.

i took a hpt awhile befor AF was expected..and it came out positive.. I was less then 2 weeks preggo.

I would. If she thinks a hpt wont show positive that early she is wrong,wrong,wrong!!
But the docs dont watch our individual fertility that close. unless she was a specialist she may not know

She's nutty, it only needs to be 7dpo for a hpt to show. I was due on the 25th too, but I started my af saturday, 5 days early. I had took a hpt on that friday cuz that would have put me a 9dpo. Its completely possible.

A faint line is still a positive! I would assume you're pregnant!!! The only negative is the line that doesn't appear so if you got both lines...CONGRATS!! :) You can test again in a week and the line should be darker or get a digital test. :) Of course you could call your doctor and get a blood test done. :) hope everything is great!

Yeah you could be pregnant usually the tests aren't "accuate" until the day of your missed period but some people are still able to test early and get an answer. It just may take until you miss your period for the line to become dark. Congrats. You could get one of the digital ones that are a little more expensive but they say Pregnant or Not. Good luck!
