    I saw your poll and just wanted to let you know, my cousin will be 1 on December 9th and she's always been in the 0-5th percentile. She only weighs 14 lbs and she's about to turn 1. She weighed 7 lbs and 6 oz at birth and she was in 0-3months clothes until she was nearly 9 months old. They don't think that there's anything wrong with her, she's just smaller. So hopefully thats the case with your lil guy and everything is ok : )
