Hi, My name is Hayley, I'm 22 years old. I live in England. I have a fiance called Sam who I have been with for nearly 4 years. I found out I was pregnant at the end of November, I was about 3 week & 4 days. My baby is due on the 8th August 2008. This is my first child and I am really excited. I have got my first scan on Thursday 17th January at 11:45am, can't wait. If anyone wants to chat about anything then please leave me a message. Can't wait. xxxxxxxxxx

Well I went for my first scan today, I thought I was 10 weeks and 6 days but thry said I am further on, I am 12 weeks and 2 days so that was a big surprise and it is 5 and a half cm. I am so excited and so if my boyfriend who now can't believe he is going to be a dad. xxxxxxx

Went to a private clinic today for a gender scan because I couldn't wait any longer. I found out that I'm having a BABY GIRL. Was in shock as I thought I was having a boy but a girl is fine and she is healthy they said. Got my scan at the hospital on the 13th March so just have to wait and see what they say.

Last night at 1am I thought I felt the baby kick for the first time but it was an actual earthquake, how weird is that. Still not feeling the baby yet, been having flutters and bubble this week but no kicks, can't wait till she kicks, I'll be really happy. Also my hormones are all over the place, one minute I'm happy the next I'm crying over nothing. Can't wait till she arrives. xxx

I was sitting watching tv with my boyfriend Sam late last night and I could feel the baby moving around a lot inside (been feeling it moving inside for a couple of weeks but not on the outside). I pressed down a little bit just below my belly button and it kicked really hard, Sam pressed down and he could feel it kicking. Really pleased now we are able to feel it on the outside, also pleased as I have my scan at the hospital tomorrow, can't wait to defo find out if I'm having a girl. xxx

Today i went for my hospital scan at 11:40am, they said that it could be a girl but couldn't tell for sure so going to have to go back to the private clinic on Saturday to find out for definite. xxx

Just thought I would let you know you aren't alone in the home that is a construction site! We are full swing in the middle of renovations. Unfortunately we are doing 95% of the work ourselves so needless to say, I'm pooped after the weekend! Good luck with everything =)

I've had my hair highlighted with bleach several times since I've been prego. It's okay. The only problem is that when you're preg. it may take your hair longer to process, or may not process at all. Mine turned kinda orange this last time, and it took alot of processing before the blond took, now I have some breakage.

Thanks for the advice about the ultrasound! I've already had 3 done (including one 3D/4D) and I am really looking forward to having the 4th done in two weeks so that I can find out the baby's sex. I just tend to be a worry-wort, sometimes. I am going to have it done, though! My husband and I would both love it.

Every time I get up too quickly from sitting or laying down I get terrible ligament pain...feels like a stabbing, shooting pain through my lower abdomen. There's a 99% chance that is all it is...now that you're this far along there is a very slim chance of anything going wrong. I know its hard to let go of all those 1st trimester worries, but this is the 'best trimester', so try to enjoy it! ;0)

Hi hun! I've felt movements and mild kicks on and off. Nothing like pep on here have been getting tho. Not felt him on the outside yet.I can go a few days and feel nothing. I know its nothing to worry about. It can take up to week 24 before some ladies feel anything. Its just worrying when all the ladies on here are posting about the kicks. xxx
