well hello iam a bit better today than last nite lol. still beat but can write better then last nite's gibberish

. well congrats to all the mamas that went and had their lil ones when i was away. hope you all did it without any problems and you and bubs are all well. keep me posted gals its hard trying to figure out who was how far when i left lol . roman is walking a storm, singing, dancing and says mama and dada, and nein which is no in german. we had a great time will post pics soon as i get the time to upload without roman trying to help me if you get my drift. okay mamas and my lil bubs keep well and God bless!!! missed you all, wanted to get online while in africa but too much to do and too busy with family and plus the time flew by so damn fast i never did get to finish breastfeeding from me mom tee hee. luvs ya all.

Yeah, I can't imagine that bed rest thing must be awful! I'm so sorry!! But hopefully not toooo much longer, right? :) Hope your husband is helping you with the kids and everything! How early were your first two? ( I will attempt to figure out a pattern and therefore a more acurate estimate of your new baby's birthday)

Hey, were your first two early?? I am just wondering... I had some contractions and went in to the hosp about week 26 or 27 and I was 2 cm dilated- but then next appt I wasn't at all dilated anymore.. So, I know that CAN happen :) I have been told I'm not really at risk for premature birth- we'll see! I was born 6 weeks early and my little sister was 10 weeks early so if I'm anything like my mom... What did your Dr say? When do they think he'll come??? Keep posted and good luck ! OH BTW your kids are SOOOO cute! Especially your son!!! He's freakin adorable!!

It is possible for your cervix to stop thinning and remain stable for a period of weeks. This is my second time on bedrest. My cervix was changing rapidly and now it stayed the same for the past week. I get checked every Monday for cervical change. The Dr. also told me that you can dialate to 5 then it could just stop and sit the same for over a month. It is hard to not know. I am allowed to get up to use the bathroom, take a shower, walk to the table to eat and go to the Dr. They told me the most i am allowed to stand is to make a sandwich. After eating I sit up for while or I can't digest my food. If you don't mind telling, what advice has your dr. given you about bedrest? With my last pregnancy my cervix thinned all the way and my cervix opened at 21 wks. Then I went on bedrest and made it to 27 wks so you can make it for several wks even when the situation seems to be pretty bad. Good Luck!

Uggh...I'm feeling for you! How long have you been on bed rest? Do you have a good children's hospital or NICU nearby? Our local children's hospital (Seattle Childrens) has a state of the art NICU and my sister's friend just delivered at 30 weeks and her little boy is doing great there (though he'll be in the hospital for several weeks). Do you have any other options (stitching the cervix...ouch but maybe a better alternative than your current situation)? Anyway, I'm thinking of you! I'm doing great, nothing funny going on so I hope I make it to 40 weeks...I've still got so much to do. Take care!

Things are going good for me so far, no bed rest and no indications that I'll go early. My first baby was late and the second was early so the doc said not to worry. I did loose part of my mucus plug at 24 weeks but my cervix is still closed and high. One of my good friends was on bed rest the last 12 weeks of her pregnancy and still had her baby at 33 weeks. Hope you are doing well...take it easy!

Well so far everything is ok. My babies kidneys have to much fluid in them, so we will see what happens next.
