Hey ladies! :) I got Ryans professional pictures done today!!! They are on the last page in my photobook if you wanna check them out! Theyre really cute surprisingly we actually got like 2 or 3 GOOD ones because he was such a GRUMP today!! Normally he is a VERY happy baby and so laid back and always laughing.. and hes great for pictures! But I guess when youre paying for them and theyre supposed to be NICE .. well, not so much! LOL. Hes getting really bad stranger anxiety now as well.. So whenever the photographer came close to him to prop him up or make him laugh with me (cause he wasnt laughing for me!! LOL) he would scream and start crying! We actually did save a pose with him almost crying, haha! It was kinda cute.. But anyways, long story short, check them out if you have time! We were supposed to get the Christmas background AND the fall background but the Christmas ones turned out like sh*t so we only used the fall ones.. Ah well, we tried! They turned out ok for him being as grumpy as he was though, so Im proud of him. Have a good weekend ladies!!! :) And thanks in advance for checking them out xoxo

about the nanny job-I think it's a good idea to have them bring their babes with them. It will help your daughter learn to socialize. Don't worry-u aren't crazy for thinking she could catch germs from them. Before u leave your daughter just make sure the other kid she will be around doesn't seem sick-and if they do, don't leave your baby with them. I wish I could find babies Jayme's age for him to socialize with-but all the playgroups I have found so far are in the next city over-too far to travel considering I don't have a car! lol. Although the last time we were at the doctors, he did see a baby standing up with his mom holding onto him-and guess what? Jayme decided he could stand up too-he hadn't done that before he seen the other baby do it. Babies tend to mimick each other sometimes so it would be great for your daughter to be around other babies her age or a little older.

Hey, just heard about your babysitter dilemma. I went through the same thing with my son years ago... It was difficult. What I could advise you is to definitely interview, definitely check references, but also if you choose a person ask her to work for you for 2-3 days when you're around. This way you will have a chance to get to know her better and she will get a chance to learn to do certain things around your baby YOUR WAY. You will feel much calmer about leaving the baby with the person you're more familiar with... Good luck, I know how very hard it can be... Oh yeah, and most importantly... FOLLOW YOUR GUT and DO NOT SETTLE for someone who you don't feel is perfect.

LMAO! That is really funny! Its alot cooler though with a little girl cause you have the headbands to match the outfits :) Thats adorable! My hubby also thinks Im crazy but he just doesnt understand.. I pretty much have to dress him too haha! If he comes out with a shirt that doesnt match the pants or something, Ill send him back in the room to change.. LITERALLY LOL :P Ah well, they can think were crazy.. At least our LO's look good!! ;) hehe.

Hey there. I seen your post about doing records check on the nannies. I think that's a great idea!! I know here in Toledo we have a website set up by the county prosecutor where u can do records checks for free. Maybe u could check to see if your city has the same thing? You could probably even ask the prosecutor if they have set up a site like that instead of googling it. I know here also u can just go right down the police station and ask them to check his records-usually it is considerably less (here it's like $30 I think) then using like a website or whatever to check. Good luck!!

I will definately, I kinda feel like everyone on this site is kind of an extended family in a weird way. So many of us were here through out our whole pregnancies... I am not pregnant yet, just afraid for when its time to give JJ a sibling. I will be making my appointment for the next biopsy soon. I have great health insurance through Kaiser already but how do I get long term disability ins?
