IT'S A GIRL!!!! I found I was pregnant 2 days before my husbands birthday and had the wonderful experience of telling him as a gift. How am I going to top that next year?!?! I should have started making weekly or posting updates often, but I'm 35 weeks and 5 days and have had to have labor twice stopped so far. Arianna Ellise is ready to take on the world, all 5 and something pounds of her :) I can't wait for her to get here! This is my first child and hopefully won't be the last. I've had a rough pregnancy, but I know its for the best. I previosly worked as a model in Miami and spent most of my days working out and making sure I looked hot in a bikini. That has all changed, but boy did I suffer from stretching pains at first! I'm 5'10 and weighed 145 lbs. when I got pregnant and so far I've only gained 23 pounds. I didn't start to show until 7 1/2 months! My SIL was pregnant at the same time and she was huge with a boy and I was still wearing my regular clothes. The saying you "blow up over night" is so true in my case! I go for my next appointment on the 16th and hopefully because of some upcoming family issues we can talk about getting induced a little early. I know its best for the baby to stay as long as possible but I don't want to take away from personal family matters. Its my Grandmothers 90th birthday May 12th and my mother wants to be there plus the hubby is starting a different route and can't take off just starting, he's a bread distributor :) So think about the guys working late hours when your spreading the PB&J on your childs sandwich for school LOL Imagine if they took off work, what would all these mothers do HAHA We always have a good laugh when there are 4 or 5 mothers on the isle trying to keep their kids quiet and grocery shop. Congrats to all you mommies out there and remember its not just a comforting phrase anymore, we really are ALMOST DONE!!! :)
