My name is Jade and I live in California. I am expecting my first child, that is due August 07, 2008. It has already been confirmed I will be having a baby boy!! I'm so excited. Landon Kyle will be a summer baby yay!! Pool parties, here we come! I have no idea what I am in for, but thank god for my loving family and friends who will be guiding me along the way. This will be the 2nd grandchild in my family, so my parents could not be more excited. My parents and 2 sisters are amazing and I am thankful that they are with me every step of the way. How far along are you::	31 weeks + 3 days as of June 8, 2008
Cravings so far::	Fruit, pancakes and this smoothie drink called Boba. It's a smothie with tapioca balls in it.
Things that make you sick::	Broccolli, yams and ground turkey (all foods I was eating before...until one day the smell of them turned on me).
Boy or girl::	BOY!!
Babys name::	Landon Kyle.
Advice for other pregnant women::	Don't stress out over everything and don't read too many things about pregnancy..you'll drive yourself crazy. Make sure the calories are worth it.
Baby Daddy::	My ex-boyfriend. This is why you should not have make up sex!! Good news is he's going to be there for the baby no matter what. He's a pain...but does have a heart and is already a dad so he has some practice in. Not to mention beautiful genes!
His reaction::	He said are you serious? Are you playing a joke on me? He said he thinks this is going to be good for us. I guess only time will tell. I know at least for my son's sake I'll do whatever I need to to get along with him.
Greatest memory so far::	The ultrasound when I found out it was a boy and when I felt him really move for the first time.
Biggest fear::	That something goes wrong and I start to go into labor early.
Strange symptoms::	Smells, everything smells funny to me and I can't stand my stuffy snotty nose. .
Advantages of being pregnant::	I get to look bloated all the time for no other reason other than my bambino is inside growing. :)
Weird dreams::	That I am going to drop my baby. Another one is that he's really heavy and I can't pick him up.
Emotional outbursts::	None really. I'm unusually calm. I don't get mad...I don't get crazy at all. This baby has really calmed me down. Maybe I'm too tired to do any of that.
Breast changes::	They are ridiculous. I'm close to a DD! What in the world! Also my nipples are getting darker than before...but I heard they will go back to normal soon. Oh and they are tender!
Waist changes::	It's on vacation at the moment. Sad...I'm going to go find it after I have my son! Immediately after I have my son!!!
Things you quit for baby::	Drinking! It's worth it. Whenever I even smell alcohol now it smells funny to me. Oh and going on roller coasters...just went to Disneyland with my god son and it was very boring because I could not go on anything. :(
Most uncomfortable time::	When I was nauseas all the time and when I can't get comfortable at night.
Worst part of being pregnant::	Nausea and feeling bloated.
Best place for maternity clothes::	I go all places. Ross, Target, Mimi Maternity you name it.
Taking parenting classes::	Not yet, looking into it.
Pregnancy necessities::	Friends and family. Comfy clothes and someone who is willing to go all teh places you want to when your cravings kick in.
Grandparents reaction::	Happy. This will be their 2nd grandchild so they are pretty excited!! My mom has been the best and I would not be able to do this without her support. My dad says I look like I ate a small village. As you can see he lacks what we like to call tact!
Aunts? Uncles?::	Very excited. One sister has a boy already and the other one can't wait to meet my little bambino.
Godparents::	My cousin will be my son's godmother.
Where will you deliver::	Local hospital in CA...where I was born and raised!
When::	August 7th. I have a feeling he'll be here early...his growth shows he's one week ahead of schedule!
Will you breastfeed::	If I can yes.
Will you use cloth diapers::	Do they even make those anymore? LOL no thank you I'll stick with disposable.
