A little about us....

My name is Melissa and I am 29. My Hubby is James and he is 36. We have been trying to have a baby for 7 years. We have been preg twice, but those angels are in heaven. My first M/C was in 02/04/03. My scond M/C was 08/24/03. No luck until now. We went through IVF with ICIS and lucky us, it worked on the first try. We found out we had a bun in the oven on 12/13/07. It's been touch and go with some spotting issues but all seems well. I hope you all your dreams come true and baby dust to you all!!

Ahhhh, Spotting. Not again. Well, my Dr sent me to the ER given our history with 2 mc's. All seems to be well. My little grape has a HB of 160! And is measuring right where it needs to be. Still scary though. I did get to see the little arms and legs, it is the most amazing thing ever. I feel very blessed. Keep us in your prayers!

Well, I spotted off & on all weekend. Not enough to soak through anything you could only tell when I wiped (TMI, I'm sorry) But now we are going on 12 hours with no spotting. I have no cramping and I feel as if I could run a mile (Even though we all know that won't happen!) We go back in 3 days for a follow up.

We went to our new OB today. We love her. She is very informative and willing to explain anything to you. We got to see the baby again today, which is always a joy. HB is 167. Right on track. And we measured right at 9 weeks and 3 days. Looking good little bean. Our next appt is Feb 4th. We are hoping to hear the HB with the Doppler.

Spotting again, I don't understand why it keeps happening. Dr. sent us to the ER as it was after office hours. Got the see the baby. All is well. Measured at 11 weeks 1 day. Right on track. HB 160-163. Pray for us, as I continue to fight fo this little one. They still don't know where the bleeding is coming from....

Back to the Dr today. Spotting a bit. Not very much at all. But we were told to come in. Baby is getting so big!!! HB was 143, so that is good. I was worried at first but dr said a range is good and my little peach is right where it needs to be. We don't go back until March 3rd. Which I am REALLY hoping for. Not going weekly means no spotting.

Back to the Dr today. Spotting a bit. All is ok. My baby Pug is very sick, so this is really taking over my heart. Pray that he gets better. I wouldn't know what to do if something happend to my little guy. Baby had a nice HB of 150

We lost Amos my Puggie baby today. This is a horrible day for us. I will miss my Puggie baby so much. I love him with all my heart. Rest in piece little guy. :-(

I felt it move. I just know it. What a great feeling. Strange, but in a wonderful way. We are so blessed. 5 more days until our next visit to the DR.

Went to the DR today. We heard the heartbeat!!!! On the first try too. It is the most wonderful feeling in the world. It is humbling to know I have a little one inside, growing. I can't wait to meet our little bundle of joy. People have asked us what we think we are having. For the past few weeks, it's been boy. We will know for sure in 4 weeks. I'll keep everyone updated!!

Heartbeat is wonderful and he is growing like a little flower. We go on th 28th for my 24 week check up and then on the 15th for the 4D Sono. So far so good. I feel more blessed everyday.

Well, I've been out of work 3 weeks now with high blood pressure and swelling. I never thought I would miss work so much. Everyone says to enjoy the rest while I can, and I am trying. Just super bored. We have to go to the Dr every week for a sono to make sure little man is doing well. I sure do feel him moving like mad in there. It's a wonderful feeling!!
