Hey, My my name is Chelsea, I'm 14 years old and 23 weeks pregnant = ) obviously it's my first baby, I'm with a great guy who I love very much, he's been here the whole time and I can't wait to meet the baby we made... We're both homeschooled and we're filling out job applications. Things are difficult right now, especially since we're not getting to much support from my side of the family.

We found out we're having a little boy, it's what we were hoping for and I couldn't be happier, need help with names though

glad to hear everything is good!!! I think I have about 123 days left to go...this morning I felt a tremendous amount of pain in my back and groin area...I've felt this before but not as intense...I took some tylenol and now I feel better but I'm taking it as easy as I possibly can...I just get nervous and think crazy I try not too but it's hard...anyway, I am alright other than that...Sorry to hear about the heartburn and pain...mood swings I can't apologize for, we're women and have to go through so much so we can be bitchy....keep me posted...

Soooooo sorry computer has been acting up...I could log in but I couldn't type text because it would freeze on me...But it's a GIRL!!!! How funny is that? I could of swore it was a boy!!! I was so convinced of it!!! However, I'm over the moon..Just praying for a healthy girl that's all...So, how are you feeling?

yea tell me about it...I thought I would die out of fear mostly but it was a scary experience...anywho, you are getting very close...your about 14 weeks from meeting your baby...awww I wish you the best!!! Just take it easy for now because trust me you will have a lifetime to go crazy!!!lol j/k...i'll let you know tomorrow what I'm having...

We ended up calling her Maya (pronounced My-a).
I don't know if I had a glucose test lol, I don't think I did ya know!
So have you got much more stuff ready for your baby yet? I was really unprepared! My fiance had to do everything while I was in hospital.

hey! I had an anaphylatic shock the week before last and was admitted to the hospital overnight...I got a new cat the week before that which caused me to go into shock...I don't have asthma but I was wheezing and couldn't breath...the next day when I got home, I got rid of the cat and cleaned every inch of my house...I was a little sad because it was a very good cat but it had to go!!! I find out Tuesday boy or girl so I will keep you posted...I haven't forgot!!! How are you feeling?

don't be scared...they will probably perform a "purse string" suture called a cerclage. It's very common for incompetent cervixes. Good Luck!

Last week at 26 weeks I was told my cervix was thin and funneling. Some doctors see this as a big risk factor in preterm labor and will start making you take shots and put you on bedrest. HOWEVER, my doctor has the school of thought that bedrest is not proven to prevent preterm labor and has not put me on any restrictions whatsoever. At first this really bothered me but the more research I have done and reading this site, I have decided to just take it week by week and see how it goes. I hope this helps you. Since your Level II is scheduled soon I would just wait to see what happens at that appointment. Good Luck!

that's cool...the hospital that I go to only gives sonograms at 5 months if everything is normal...I guess if you're high-risk then you'll get alot more...I still think that isn't fair but I can't do much about it so there is no need in complaining...just can't wait until Monday!!! pray for a boy for me!!

I'm feeling good...I listen to the heartbeat almost everynight to make sure he/she is ok...CONGRATS on the BABY BOY...I'm praying for a lil prince myself I'll find out next week so wish me luck!!!

We haven't really spoke about names again, he just shrugs so I figured I would pick the name I like best and then ask him about it and see what he says hehe!!!

My dad just totally didn't expect it but he was supportive and my mum knew before I did some how! And she's supportive too so I guess I'm quite lucky there.

Yeh I know what you mean, I just want the name to be 'right' but nothing immediately clicks, we had a boys name - Cody James, and that felt right and we both loved it but with a girls, nothing has jumped out at me and I've not thought YES! PERFECT! and i really want it to be that sort of decision, i just want to see or hear a name and think thats the one!

I think I will just have to talk to James about it, I don't want him to get all angry though :-S I know he really likes the name Mya.

You know it says you and Josh are both homeschooled...does that mean your parents teach you or you have a tutor come to your house or something? How's it work?

Awww you've got a few things then! Ohhhh wow only 6 days! wooo! hehe, it's so exciting! I really thought they were going to say I was having a boy so I was so shocked when they said girl!!!! It's good tho being able to shop for pink or blue stuff :-D

I really want to talk to my boyfriend about name's again because I'm not 100% sure Mya is 'right' if you get me? But he will probably get mad at me for changing my mind again :-S
So how did your familys take it when you said you're pregnant?

I lovvvvve Bronte and Leah for a girl and my favourites out of your boy list are Evan and Ryan! But I have to say, I have fallen in love with the name Bronte! Its so nice!
I still haven't deffo decided on a name for my little girl, thinking it might be Mya at the moment but I like loads of names, like Elyse, Krystal, Daisy, Felicity, Ebonie, Skye and I really like Shaynee, but my boyfriend doesn't like it lol. So I don't know, we've agreed on Mya for now tho!
It's not long till you find out the sex :-D
Have you bought anything for the baby yet? Baby shopping is great!
