Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

I feel ok. I get really crampy though. I also get sharp shooting pains from my stomach down through my pelvis...the doctor said it was from his head though. I really want to know when he's coming so that I can finish planning my move. I have to be out of this house by the 1st lol.....the baby is due the 28th. When I go in, I'll ask him if he can induce me on the 21st or do something to help me along.

If the sweep doesn't work, is your doctor incucing you on Friday then?

I know, this pregnancy has been so different. Wow, you're getting the whole works tomorrow lol. Sounds like fun!!! I hope your membrane sweep works.

I am going to ask my doctor on Thurs if we can get this thing rolling. I saw a different doctor last week because mine was out and didn't want to ask her about helping me along. I usually have appts on Tues too so I'm irritated I have to wait 2 more days lol.

What I'm worried about is that I was on some medicine that was holding off my labor for a week and the doctor told me "sometimes we stop the labor and it never starts again" and it almost feels like to me that I get contractions and they stop, so I'm not sure if the medicine is still kinda in my system.

Let me know how the membrane sweep is! I was thinking about asking him to do that for me. If you tell me, it sucks, then I will wait things out lol.

lol you better be careful with this one then..you'll sneeze and the baby will be here. I was only in labor with my first for 8 hours and was dilated to 1 at the start, this one I'm dilated to 4 and thinking I will hopefully only be in labor for like 5 hours.

Thanks for the compliment on my son. He's such a good boy. I'm so lucky!!

It worked with my first son too. I went into labor like 2 hours later.

About your hubby not wanting to see the delivery!! I would be furious! I can't believe that he wouldn't be there for you in your BIGGEST time of need! He doesn't have to look 'down there'! I am so sorry hun! About the no sex part... my dh was the same way. During my first pregnancy, from about 7 months on I had to beg him for it - pathetic I know! I even caught him looking at porn once and boy did I have a screaming/crying event at him!!! He appoligized up and down but it still didn't help the sex life. This time around we are in the process of moving and he has been in NC since April. Each time we have seen each other I informed him that he would be 'servicing' his wife! He was not jumping at the chance but he did comply. He just gets freaked out about the possibility of feeling the baby move. MEN!! Thankfully we are almost done and we can hopefully get our men back.

Read your comment in 37 wks oh id kill mine even it was my 10th kid he better be there as its a special time! well this is our first together so he is a bit nervous about going in! but ill be worse so need support!! Were together 5 years my 1st son is from previous relationship and my son know s him only as dad! after my last relationship im stronger i tke no excuses!! have be tough! on em in em situation let em say what they want if his going blow it all out of proportion for no reason cause he dont want to go in with you someth seriously wrong! every baby ye have together is as special as the first ye had! so put your foot down girl! if you dont he get off with everything!

lol I've been trying to get sex from Jay the last couple days too. He says, tomorrow...tomorrow...tomorrow. I think it freaks him out knowing how far dilated I am and that it will probably work. Brings a realization to the fact the sex leads to responsibility lol
