Yeah - her doctor told me the same thing and actually gave me a sample can of some type of soy formula... its called nutramagin or something like that for colicky babies and gas and stuff...

Yeah as far as the getting crap for my comment - people need to get a life!! haha!! I was so friggin shocked when I came back and saw all the fuss haha...

Hey we are all doing great! Thanks for asking. The baby goes for his EEG test the 2nd. So keep us in your prayers.He is doing great now he still wants to lean to one side and acts like he cant turn his head i think something is wong with his neck it is just weird how he does. I dont know.He is growing like a weed! But anyways How are you guy's doing? I sure hope everything is going great for you and the baby. :) well i will ttyl. Take care. Amanda.

I think the difference in nipples has to do with the size of the hole and how fast/how much milk will come out at a time. I think.

Thanks he isnt so little anymore he is getting so big:( Wish I could keep him little always. But they have to grow up. Yes that swing is so cute he loves it to he just looks at the animals going around and smiles and does that sweet baby talk. Sounds like he is saying i good. :) So cute. Hey sorry to hear about the baby being sick with a cold :( That sucks! My little stephen is doing just great and i hope that he stays that way. We have to go to the doc 2 times a week. He has to have a ultrasound done on his head once a week. And when I took him thursday the doc told me good news ! His bleed in absorbing back in to his body and his ventricals are not swelling and the spinal fluid is not gathering in his head it is doing what is suppose to do. I am so thankful to god that he is looking after my lil man. :) He is 9 lbs 13 oz. And growing like a weed. Yes mam i have my hands full my 2 yr old has been showing her self every since i had the baby. But she will be okay. she loves him! she will not leave him alone. My other 2 are older so they help me the best that they can. There is somedays that i dont know what i would do with out them. Well i hope that your little angel gets to feeling better. How big is she now? By the way she is so beautiful all of that hair. :) cute ,cute, cute need i say more. But i will ttyl, Take care and write me back soon . Your friend Amanda.

imommytobe- Wow. I feel for you. We have had extensive experience with that. My four year old is a breath holder. He started from the time he was trying to walk and just stopped a few months ago. The first time he did it he was new at walking and stumbled down, holding his breath after crying and passed out. I panicked and called 911. Apparently its NORMAL!! Though it scares the crap out of you. One time he actually looked to have a seizure afterwards, but the doctor said his body was shaking to stimulate breathing again. He has done this a dozen or so times. The pediatrician said that some outrageous low percent of children hold their breath and pass out (like 4%) and of that 4%, an even lower percent seize or appear to. Of course my child had to be the rare of the rare. The pediatrician also said that when he hit the terrible two's that he may continue to do this for attention-- thank goodness ours did not and it only happened when he was hurt--couldn't take the pain! If it happens again: make sure baby is laying flat as if you pick him up his head might flop forward and obstruct his attempt to breathe. It's scary, but usually with in 15 seconds they start to breathe again and try to keep him awake afterwards for a little. My husband would also lightly rub his chest and reassure him while waiting for him to come around. Try not to panic!! Call your pediatrician and let him know. Just as important if not more: If you are looking for a childcare provider, now or a year from now, make SURE they know this has happened. Babysitters, Grandparents, anyone. My daycare wanted a form from the pediatrician that he was in good health and the pediatrician gave me one as this is not a medical condition. http://www.parenting.org/expiratoryapneabreathholdingspells.asp

My baby has been crying like that on and off for the last couple weeks. He just get's himself so worked up I did hear about blowing in there face and I tried it with Gavin he gets some air but it startled him.
I just try to clam him before he gets that upset and it works better than blowing in his face.
