Hi there, thanks for your message and the good advice. I will get some fish oil! I'm taking a mega dose of folic acid (15 times the normal dose) as well as another b vitamin (inositol) which is important for nerve development and that sort of thing. Aparently it can help reduce the risk of a reoccurence along with the folic acid. Best of luck with your pregnancy, I hope all is going well for you! Janine x

Unfortunately, that's happened to me several times... the little tinkle in the underwear. In fact, it happened to me today in a department store. I had to go to work right after running the errand. I was so glad that it wasn't a large amount, as I did not have time to go home before going in to work. I'm afraid it might get worse. I didn't even realize that I had to go to the bathroom!

Hey thanks. It's great that you mentioned enjoying your grandkids because my husband and I are so excited that by the time I'm 45 there will be NO kids in our house (we plan on having/adopting another one in ~4 years) and he'll be retired from the military and the hopefully the airlines at about the same time so we can enjoy our adult family while we're still active : )
