Monday, 9 June That's a good idea. My husband is a pilot so I found a onesie with an airplane exactly like the one he flies on it. Plus, we like to do crossword puzzles, so I made one very specific to this pregnancy with a few infant related questions thrown in. monicagarcialv -

Friday, 6 June Not everyone remembers everything lol. My DH said a straight 'NO WAY' to cutting the umbilical cord but then on the day at the time he was not needed to ask twice lol, he did, he also asked for a sharp pair of scissors lol, it was like cutting through a piece of beef with kiddies scissors lol. Honestly take it with a pinch of salt they get involved after what they see you go through. I have found labor so far to be quick intense and then forgotten about it is great, gas and air is fantastic and it makes me smile until a contraction lol.
I am sure he will like his Birmingham onesie bless him, that is so cool, my hubby has just caught a train from Birmingham to meet me in Devon for the last week of holidays, I am so looking forward to picking him up.
Have a great day what is left of it and hope you are feeling well, catch up with you soon xoxox wilsonwilson -

Thursday, 5 June You have a choice and that choice is to hold your baby and feed your baby before he/she is cleaned. My Mollie pooped all over me when she was born after the birth but what the hell she was feeding and warm who the hell cares, you make what you want happen by speaking up, I have not waited 9 months to hold a clean fresh baby that looks older than 10 hours old don't think so I am so with you and go for it, these kind of people I call 'to posh to push' and have a nanny waiting for the baby when they get home!!!! Good luck with it all and let me know how you feel about it, have a good day xoxoxox wilsonwilson -

Friday, 30 May I had my scan today
everything is perfect, we found out we are having a BOY! I was in shock as I convinced myself we were having a girl and it is all new to me, I am sure the shock has passed and am so looking forward to finding a name.
How are you doing? crystalmooon -
Friday, 30 May Phew! Thanks! Yeah I used to get yeast infections quite frequently - so I know it's not that. Just feeling a little self conscious about it. Thanks for responding!! sofia ao -
Thursday, 29 May Still haven't done anything in my nursery yet, either. In fact, our "nursery" is still my home office, and the few things we have for the baby are lying in piles in our bedroom. I've got to get on the ball .... oneluckyone -
Thursday, 29 May Don't feel alone! We haven't started on the nursery either! gr8scottswife -

Wednesday, 28 May Hi Kristen -
Congrats on your baby girl, and I think Sofia is a *great* name. I hope you all are having prettier weather in SF than we are up here in Portland. *rolling eyes* =) sparklyval -
Monday, 26 May Hello! Thank you for your message. I haven't had a 3d/4d scan yet either. Most hospitals here in the UK don't have the equipment to do such scans - they are still the basic 2d ultrasound. There are quite a few places that offer private scanning facilities and we are lucky to have a couple within driving distance (about 45 minutes away). I am hoping to book to have a 3d scan in about 6 weeks time. When I asked for some more information they suggested that the best time to have one done is at about 28 weeks as the baby is starting to fill out a bit and look more like they will do when they are born, but they still have room to move about freely so you can get some good quality images. It will be fun to have a scan that the children can come too - I think it will be a great experience for all of us.
Will you be able to have a 3d/4d scan later in your pregnancy?
It is a coincidence that your husband is from the UK also! We live in Lincoln which is in the East Midlands area of the UK. It takes about two hours to drive to Birmingham from our house. Have you ever visited your husband's home city?
I hope you have had a good weekend. Best wishes, Valerie.
