Thanks for the reply. I did it only with a few pieces. But the rest I will put in the laundry ...too much to wash by hand. lol Thanks again.

Hi well the accident was 3 years ago and I had a broken femur and arm and had 2 ops and waiting for anouther 1. I havnt been able to work for 3 years. since it was a head on colision with no wjitneses we have had to agree to 50%. So the actual amount they have offerd is £100,000 ( i get half) which is a lot. I was happy with the offer but hubby thinks its not enough. We could fight it but this means it could go on for at least anouther 6 months before I see a penny. By that time I could be living on the street and the stress is really getting to me and the midwife has said I need to stop stressing or the baby could be harmed. I could get the amount they have offerd within a few weeks. The monney would pay off everything I owe and we could live withought worrying about monney for a long time. I just want it all over with before baby gets here so I can relax, but hubby isnt interested in knowing about the bills just as long as he has monney to go drinking. Am I beeing stupid and should I wait for more.

I know you are so right. I feel like I better start packing my bag for the hospital but I have been procastinating on that one. I guess I better get that one done this week, huh?

I have been up all night with terrible cramping and nausea. I had like 20-30 BH's yesterday. I think today is the day, but will wait til Icant no more or start having REAL contractions within 5 minutes. I am so tired

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I know things will work out just as they should. I'm just a bit of a control freak

How are you?

Wow, you have a great MIL and I'm glad I got to read your comment in week 34 because I felt the same way when my hubby and I weren't able to get the travel system earlier but then my sis surprised us with a beautiful one yesterday at my baby shower. I couldn't have been more grateful. It's awesome when you have people that care about you and your new family and want to do anything to contribute. Even though your very own family may not be there for you, at least you know that others are.
Congratulations on everything!

God bless!

It sounds like you have a wonderful MIL, that is so great to have. I am sorry to hear that your family isn't as close. I know how that is in some ways. My sisters don't talk to me really, we never grew up together (big age difference), they have 3 kids each, this is my first, and they dislike me for some reason. I wish I could have my sisters around, but my BFs sis has been chatty with me since I became pregnant, and she is very sweet, she wants kids, and might have one soon (we got her envious). I dont know my soon to be MIL much, she has a lot of stuff going on but she has been supportive from a far (over 1000 miles away) , I am just lucky to have MY mother around, I thought since she is a Grandma of 8 kids already that she wouldn't be too excited about this one, but she is acting like it's her first grandchild ever ! As far as I see, Your MIL is family family. Meaning, equally as important as your blood family. Think of the people who DONT get along with their inlaws, sometimes situations just suck. I hope your birth and everything goes well :) Glad you got your travel pack ;) Buying stuff does get very frustrating, esp when all the prices are just soooo crazy!

Thank you all so much for your messages it turns out after all that it's blooming Thrush..... it's a good job I'm not a worrier I mean if this had been my first pregnancy I would have been really worried. So after having to take time off from work and trail up tothe hospital and collect the thing I did complain about the delay, but the answer I got was thats the NHS for you.... How reassuring!!!! NOT!!

bdecker - Monday, 23 June
Its good to know I am not the only one feeling these cramps!!! Thanks so much! I feel better now! Cool our due dates are 1 day apart. Good Luck!

I saw your post about the party and breastfeeding. I don't think it's too early at all...but your baby will probably decide that for you! If you talk to your husbands cousin before hand about maybe a room in her house that you could use to breastfeed in "private" that may be a better option for you if you are too shy or would just like some privacy!

mcpheefner - Monday, 23 June
Hi! I saw your post about breastfeeding. I don' t think that is too early to take the baby out, unless you deliver 2 weeks late or something. I would just be careful of others who are sick. As far as the breastfeeding goes, I have never been very shy about it, but at a party with people I don't know too well, I usually ask if there is somewhere I can go to nurse and sit in a room by myself to avoid discomfort for me or for others. I never had a wrap or anything so I can't give you advice on those. And you mentioned waiting 3 months to try a bottle. Sometimes if you wait that long, they refuse the bottle altogether. I started giving my son occasional bottles of breastmilk at 4 weeks. They say that is a good time because breastfeeding is established, but they are still little enough to accept a bottle without much of a problem. Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions I can help answer!

You can also take Milk of magnesia and Colace or Surfak. Also fiber products like Metamucil or Citrucel are fine as well. I hope this helps you.

GoonieMomma - Friday, 20 June
I've used the glycerin suppositories during 1st trimester. It's an INSTANT cure and you don't have to wait for fiber to work through you. AND, when you're done you're done. Fiber can have a "linger" effect if you know what I mean. Also causes gas. NOTE: I buy the KID size glycerin suppositories... the adult ones scare me! I would pop HALF (length-wise) of one in before a shower in the a.m. Once I did have to hop out with shampoo in hair to deal with it, but who cares: WHAT A RELIEF!

Good luck and may the FORCE be with you!
