About Me:

My name is Jacque. I'm 23 years old and live in the good ol' Mid-West. I just finished my bachelor's in Communication and starting a Master's in Teaching for this Spring. I will be getting certified to teach Speech and Theater to Middle School age children.

Pregnancy:

I have been really lucky because of how great I have felt through-out. My hubby and I have been together for 5 years and on our 2 year anniversary (Valentine's Day) I think he gave me Madelyn! It was an "oppsies" but, totally welcomed! I found out I was preg0 on March 11th, 2009!

Baby Madelyn Diane:

In June- we found out it was a GIRL! I can't believe all the love that we have for her already. I know she will totally be spoiled with love. We are naming her Madelyn Diane and calling her Maddy. Diane is the name of hubby's deceased mother.

Hi ladies! Well Rhys is one month as of yesterday. He is starting to coo a bit more and is entertained if you show a rattle or some him something bright. He is not the easiest baby though. I dunno if its gas or what but he gets really fussy in the early morning hours and is def not any where close to sleeping through the night. Does any one have any advice on this?He sleeps in the bassinet next to our bed, but around 2 :30 am he just starts grunting and squirming. It's hard for mommy to sleep( daddy of course sleeps right through). He also spits up alot. He is breastfed, is this normal? Anyone else having these issues? I hope all your babies are health and happy and that your getting more rest than I am!!!

Hey Ladies....so I had my beautiful little cupcake Sunday morning at 3:48 am through c-section...wasn't planned that way, but 13hrs in labor and only got to a 6...so that was the safest way to go. She weighed 7lbs and 14oz 20 1/4 in. She has tones of hair!!! Will post pics when I'm feeling a little bit better!!! Hope all is well with you all!!!
