Hey There! I am Jamie. New at this whole thing so my page doesn't look as good as yours yet!

I am 23 and pregnant with my second child.

I am Texan-Italian (yes, I just made that up!) I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Tx. Got married 05/17/2003 ( I was 18) and he was in the Navy... Moved to our first duty station, Washington State. Had my Daughter in Fort Worth to keep the Texan going!! ( Husband was there too). Moved 12/2005 to Connecticut. We had a few choices on where to move, we chose Connecticut strictly for the modeling and the job he would have here as an instructor for the Navy. So far, still here....for another year and hopefully we get to go to Georgia to be closer to home.

My daughter Erin is 3.5 years old and was early due to my water breaking prematurly and her stress level was very high, and I was not having contractions so I had to have an emergancy C-section. With the new baby, I am hoping a natural birth.

A few things have happened recently that Has made me think alot. My husband and I were spending to much time together, not going out, all he was doing was playing video games and not paying attention to anything.. We eventually agreed.. "It's time for divorce".. on 08/01/2007 we filed.... and He moved out.. about 2 weeks later 08/12/2007 the absence must have struck him, and wanted to work things out and spend more time together that doesn't include video games!! So....this is when I concieved.... The next week, Erin came to me and said "hehe there's a baby in your tummy"..I just laughed. We had tried for about 2 years after Erin, and nothing.. nothing at all. Then the next day, I go to work and I work with a girl who was due anyday now, and told me I was next.. WTF! lol this is weird. So I go to the store after work, pick up a test.... and come home.. positive.. faint but it's there.. so I go back to the store, buy 5 more different kinds..... all positive.... ahhh!!

Before Pregnancy, I modeled full time here and there but at least every other day.. Now, theres not a lot of agencies or clients who "need" pregnant models, but I have a few big shoots lined up for when I am around 8 months. So in the meantime, I am working at Navy Federal Credit Union, and modeling when I get the phone call. After the baby, depending on how soon I get my body back depends on wether I continue my long journyed path or sit behind a computer. lol

**UPDATES**

10/14/07- So I know that I'm only 11 weeks or so. but with my last pregnancy we did the crystal draino test and it indicated "girl".... and I had a girl.. This time, results say "boy".. but.. who knows how accurate these things are right!

10/17/07-First Dr appt. Finally!! It was just filling out paperwork and asking questions. My Ultrasound is Tomorrow!

10/19/07- Of course when I go to my appt I wait about 45 mins becuase they were backed up in the ultrasound room. So more nervous to find out if I am having 2 babies. lol. They do all the test's and all that super NON-fun stuff.. and then they do the ultrasound. There is ONE baby!!!! Of course to early to tell gender and stuff. My next appt is Nov 15, but no ultrasound then. So Maybe in Dec I will find out!

10/19/07-So. I went to Subway and got a Melt.... 15 mins after I ate it... I felt soooo sick and I will leave it at that.. I thought I had food poisening but Ive never had it before and don't know what it feels like. So, today I am going to eat the second half... and see.. only because I am craving it. Or I should go get a total new one and try that. But has anyone noticed Subway raised their prices yet AGAIN!

11/19/07- I offically do NOT like where I am going for my appointments. I have Tricare (Husband is in the Navy) and I got to choose and "out in town" ob since they don't do that stuff on base. I went for my appt at 10:30. There were so many girls in there waiting for their appt.. I figured I would be there a while, but I didn't have to be at work till 11:45... PLENTY of time... or so I thought. So.. at 11:30 they call me back there. I ask the nurse If maybe Theres something I could do to come back or something cause I have to be at work.. Instead I call my work and they say stay there, cause getting another appt will be hectic.. so... about 11:50 here comes the Dr.. I have to see 4 Doctors before I make a decision on who I like best.. This was dr #2 for this appt. She came in and was completly RUDE. She changed my due date to May 6.. didn't do an ultrasound or anything.. Don't know why she changed it? I told her I know the conception date.. and she said that is impossible. I explained my situation with My Husband and I almost getting divorced and then got back together.. and that night.. well.. you know.. and she looked at me like I was an idiot and that no one knows that.. so whatever, I just let it go. She did hear the heartbeat and said around 140bpm. and walked out.. I sat there about 25 mins when the nurse came in there to give someone else the room.. I was confused.. she said when the dr walks out the appt is done.. no have a nice day, I want to see you back in a month.. nothing.. So I didn't know she was done.. UGH. I can't change ob's either.. wich SUCKS. My next appt is Dec 12 and My Ultrasound is Dec 19 (I BETTER GET A NICE DR THIS TIME).grrrrrr

12/17/07

I have been SO sick the past few days. coughing so much nothing is staying down. Called the Dr's line on Sat night, and he never called me back. I was told next time that happens, go to the ER. ( I have been sick for about 4 days now) UGH!! Ultra sound is on the 19th!

Wow!! Haven't been on here in a while!!! I don't know if I wrote this or not, but last month we found out we were having a BOY! so now I will have 1 of each! Super Exciting! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year!!

Wow! It's been MONTHS since I have written.. but.. I am on here everyday! I am ready for this baby to come out! I am having a VBAC.. the dr's dont like it, they dont get paid alot of money without doing a csection.. but its my body and my baby and I am NOT putting myself through another horrible horrible c sections wich has more risks than a vbac.. Also I watched business of birth or something like that... I reccomend everyone watch it.. it's VERY informative. Anyways about 18 days left till this one comes out! I have tried everything. If I dont get him out before my Due date they will NOT induce me they said, they will just take him by c section. so I am having sex everyday, walking as much as I can, still working full time, stairs... nothing.. castor oil is the last resort.. but My Mom says the 20th since it'sa full moon.. we will see!!
