It's week 23 and we are getting ready to move to the other side of the country. 2.5 weeks to go. We have decided to drive. It is going to take us 8 days to get there :( I don't want to drive more than 7 hours a day. I get pretty bad charlie-horse cramps in my calfs. Hopefully our movers will have our furniture there for possession of our new house. I will be sick of hotels by then.

Well it's week 17 and I just had a 3D ultrasound. It's a boy!!! We are so thrilled. Now I have my perfect family :o)

I am 36 years old an expecting my second child. My daughter was a difficult baby. She was coliky and woke up every hour. This lasted for almost a year. She was 3 years old before she finally slept through the night. As a military wife, my husband was not home often, and I was living in a city with no family. It was tough, so needless to say I was scared to have another one and put myself in that same situation.

But... here I am. My daughter is almost 7 and I'm 16 weeks with baby #2. We are moving to a new city again in July, so I will be around 5 months then. This time we are moving to the west coast, but again, no family. Sigh... I must be a sucker for punishment lol.

But, on the bright side my never sleep baby has turned into a sleep for 11 hours straight 6 year old!

Hi thank you for answering my question! I'm pretty scared! I don't really know what to expect! I'm glad things worked out so well for you! Did the Dr make you take it easy or anything?

Thank you! I went to the ER early this morning and just got back. It was a UTI like I suspected. I knew thats what it was since Ive had them before and it felt the same way. Hopefully these symptoms go away quick. I hate feeling like I have been holding my pee for a long time and it stings. Thanks for helping!! =)

Thanks for answering my question. We did use a lubricant last night but it only made it slightly better. I am beginning to dance with the idea that I wasn't fully ready yet.

Thanks for ur imput on my question about my boyfriend not wanting to move. But we talked about it last night for a good 2-3 hours. He's decided to move with me (& gave me my ring back but only after I made him tell me what it means to him lol) I just told him if he wants to stay that's fine but me and our baby arent staying here. So hopefully things work out. Thanks a bunch!!

Thanks for suggesting Thyme Maternity. They have really cute things on their website but apparently there isn't one around me on the East coast...so I found a bathingsuit there I liked but I don't think that you can order from the website

that is where my b/f is from :) Courtney. I have lived on the island and it is GORGEOUS well worth dealing with small town crap. We plan to move over there ourselves sometime in the next two years. Yeah, just let me know if you need someone to talk to. I know how hard moving to brand new places is and couldn't imagine doing it while pregnant when I need so much support.

HI, thank you for your comment. Well my Granddad was a twin and I have had one set ( but one didn't make it). I never knew my levels then. Soooo......Hmmmmm.....

Man I wish that would work over here.....might have to think about that one, last pregnancy I went to work and had an emotional breakdown and was crying and could not stop no matter how much i tried, and didn't even know why i was crying and they made me stay for like 4 hrs, it was like a month before I had her or something like that, I'm at a different base now wonder if it'd still work, lol!
The thing that just annoys me now is that his commander is willing to let him come back, but the command he is under is at a different base and won't let him, it's all very gay and very annoying, too bad I can't just fly over there and bring him back!
My big thing is what if I have to be put on bedrest or quarters, who is going to take care of me and my 4 yr old, because you know damn well if I don't follow the orders, even though I can't follow the orders they would probly charge me with disobeying a direct order or some shit like that, damn idiots!
I will definitely keep that in mind though....insanity can work for so many things now a days!

Thanks for your input on potty training. I also found that the pull-ups are useless. I have actually had her running around in a long shirt with nothing under and I just try to watch her like a hawk so that when she fidgets I know she has to sit on the potty. Its been working so far so good today. So far she has done all her deeds in the potty. I am so proud and hope it stays like that. I would like to train her by August because that is when the new baby will arrive. My oldest was potty trained by my mom because I was active duty overseas so this is my actual first time with it. Congrats to you and thanks again!

Me too, my doc said you better start now, I never really heard my clock ticking because I don't feel a day over 21.

I was just reading about your daughter...that's funny. My son was also a very fussy baby, his daddy died of a heart attack when he was only 3 months old so I was on my own too. Now my son is almost 2 1/2... finally started sleeping through the night about a month ago and my 3 month old is already sleeping through the night. Maybe you'll get lucky like I did. It feels weird to sleep 6-8 hours straight. I wake up with my back killing me from laying so long. haha Can't win :)
