How`s my pregnancy doing?

Hi All,

We are currently pregnant with our second child due in Sept/Oct it has not been confirmed yet.

we already have a perfect little boy called Sol who is 4 years old who is loved to bits. I am hoping for a baby girl this time around, however i will be over the moon with either as long as it is a healthy baby. We are due for our 20 week scan on the 19th May and are soooo excited to see our little baby again.I will try and keep my profile posted with any baby up-date's we have.

Well it was our 20 week scan this week and boy was it amazing! It was exsplained to us in such detail and was incredible. We was in the scanning room for ages just watching our baby and asking lots of questions which was nice. My fiance Gary had a smile from ear to ear and our little boy Sol was stroking my arm the whole time, he was beaming with excitment. The baby was so sweet as it was studying its own hand in detail for a few mins. The best news of the whole appointment was that we are expecting a baby Girl!! I would have been happy with either as long as it was a healthy baby but i had my fingers crossed for a baby Girl.

mmm I must say I'd LOVE a home birth, but I am a bit scared of the prospect, will definitely think about it for my second one later... I watched some GREAT homebirths on Discovery H&H the other day, they were amazing, and the babies were SO relaxed! I hope you're keeping well otherwise!

oh, baby is very spoilt indeed! i can't seem to stop buying baby clothes... and the parcels are beginning to pour in from family and friends overseas... such precious things - we truly are very very lucky! Wonderful news on your little girl! I remember not quite believing we were having a son, too! When I went back for my 32 week scan, I actually had to ask them to double check for me! LOL

I would dearly like a normal delivery, as natural as possible, but it remains to be seen whether that will be possible (but I'm not going to be a martyr, if I need pain relief I'll ask for it) - I'm due to see the OB again next week, and to have baby measured so we can figure it out from there. I'd really prefer not to caesar, but I would like to know from the outset as to what the Doctors think as he's quite large, and I don't want to go through hours of natural labour only to be told I have to caesar anyway!

heya hon! How're you doing? we're great thanks... still hanging in there, now in the big wait! Doing much much better, thanks - haven't been sick at all in the last of this trimester, really, and things have been going so well with J at home - he's an absolute star. Don't know how I ever lived without him :)

Anytime sweets!!! I bet you are so excitied about having a girl. they are so fun, plus you are lucky because you have the boy and then the fun girly. We had it backwards from you, the girl then the boy. But they are both healthy, so that is all that really matter to us, or anyone right??? Shopping is super fun with girls. Makenna (our daughter) has so much clothes, shoes, hair things....etc!!! I know you will soon if not already know what I mean. Right??

Yes, we are having a boy and are super excitied. This is the first boy on my side, so everyone is PUMPED UP!! I have been getting lots of stuff. My mom has been hitting up all the garage sales, and he has so many things so far, saving us money which is great. People sale brand new stuff at these garage sales. For like 50cents. Crazy!! Well, keep in touch!!
