Kandace - Sunday, 13 July
Thank you, I love that bedding. How are you doing?

Jennifer P - Friday, 11 July
Well, dinner turned out really good last night. I made bacon wrapped pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes and corn. But I can't say the same for my dessert. My husband really like french silk chocolate pie. I found a recipe on pillsbury...made it to the tee and I didn't care for it. It tastes too buttery!!! Oh-well thats what I get for trying new recipes.

So before dinner things didn't go to well over here. I was vacuming the house...turned off the vacum to move our dinning room chairs into the kitchen so I could vacum the dinning room. As I moved the chairs, my finger hit the side of the wall. I heard something drop to the floor...looked down and my diamond from my engagement ring fell out. One would think not a big deal. WRONG....my hubby went all out and bought me a 12,000 dollar diamond...that is something that we could never be afble to afford again. Thankfully, we have the warranty on it! After 25 mins of running my fingers through the carpet and looking around the kitchen floor....I FOUND it. So now I have to take it to the jewlry store to get fixed. I am gonna complain like crazy...cause I was there 4 1/2 months ago to get it checked...also thankfully it fell out in the house and not outside. I would be soooo devastated if I lost it. Yeah, they replace it...but it isn't the original diamond he gave me!!!

Wow, only 3 days. That's a break, but probably not long enough. I know what you mean about her being pregnant and not being able to take care of the kids she has now. My pis of crap cousin and his girlfriend have 2 kids that live with my god parents. They can't take care of the 2 they have...but they go out and get pregnant again. I don't understand why people bother with the whole trying thing when they don't care to tend to their kids. And it is unfortuanate that some people that really want kids...and would be the best parents ever can't get pregnant. So is she going to take the boys the first month once Brody is born?? Any time you need to vent...you can vent this way.

Having Brody come to this world will be an AMAZING event that you will always remember. I am sure it will all become a reality once he is here. I am certain that once Brody is here you won't be missing being pregnant...as you will be very HAPPY to have our of your belly.

I think that you guys are making the right decision about the moving situation. But definately consider carpet or an area rug. When we were renting a townhouse we had hard wood floors....the dirt that collects is horrible. And the crawling around on his knees...poor little guy

You look GLOW-RIOUS!!! Perfect round belly at 30 weeks. Congrats and God bless you as well as Brody! Love that name!

Jennifer P - Thursday, 10 July
You really look great. You look soooo happy! I love the baby bump....I hope mine looks like that when I am preggers :)

Jennifer P - Thursday, 10 July
YAY...you get a break later on this afternoon. How long do the boys go to their mom's for? A pedicure...wow I am soooo OVER due for a pedicure and manicure. That will good for you, so sit and relax. You DESERVE it!!!

I am glad that you got to get out a bit yesterday. Your day sounds just as exciting as my days are. Isn't that funny...

I am glad to hear that your back is doing better. Make sure since the boys are gone to relax your back and let it get better. For some reason, backs are the hardest part of the body to heal and are never the same. I have had pain in my lower right side of my back since February. The doctors have been doing test after test to find out what the problem is. I lost 45 lbs before and after my wedding...I was only trying to lose 15 lbs. Well, since the weight loss, I have had this back ache that won't go away. I went in for blood work and a cat scan yesterday. We are hoping they find out what the problem is soon and that this isn't what is causing us to not get preggers!!

Besides taking care of my back, looking for a job, and TTC, I have been good. This month is flying by for me. I think it is cause I took the pressure off of TTC by not charting. I am truly just having fun with it this month and if it is meant to happen then it will. I am just tidying up the house this morning. Then I am going to get ready to make a romantic dinner for hubby and me. Today is our 2nd month anniversary. I normally wouldn't do something for a 2 month anniversary...but our first month anniversary of being married was ruined...so it brings us to tonight.

I am glad to hear that you and the baby are doing good. I can't wait to take a look at the pics you put up. Are you ready to get him out?? Any news with the house situation??

Jennifer P - Thursday, 10 July
Thanks!! How are you and the baby feeling today?? I read that your back is feeling better...that is great!! Did you get the chance to get out of the house yesterday??

BTW...after reading your blog, I swear I will not watch a delievry/labor video while I am pregnant. I am already scared of the whole birth/stretch thing and I am just TTC

 you look awesome hun!!! :)

kirra82 - Thursday, 10 July
The reason they tell you to wait is so your baby doesn't get confused between nipple and bottle teat, once your baby has a bottle he might not take to your breast but he also might it just depends on your baby. I have been expressing since my baby was 2 weeks and giving it to her from a bottle as well straight on my boob and she does both. Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy, time goes so fast.

ABCsMommy - Thursday, 10 July
We gave my son a bottle when he was 1 or 2 weeks old and did at least once or twice a week and never had any prblems : )

Jennifer P - Tuesday, 8 July
Ouch!!! I hope that you are feeling better this morning. Please keep me updated and let me know how you are feeling today.

Boys can be boys. We went to a friend's house this weekend and they had 2 boys there...one is 5 and the other is 8. My gosh, wrong place to take the hubby if we are trying for our own. If they weren't crying and throwing a fit then they were running around yelling. I can only imagine having to deal with it at 8 months pregnant and a thrown out back. You must be a very strong woman

mommyrock - Tuesday, 8 July
I rented my breast pump from the hospital and it was great. You should be able to. I don't remember how much it was but it was like the super duper Medela pump and was awesome. Ask your hospital if they will rent it to you. I'm glad I rented since my milk dried up at 6 weeks. (I had a breast reduction at 20 so I had a 50/50 shot anyway)

Kandace - Tuesday, 8 July
No the dr hasnt said anything about the breast pump but it would be better for me to have a good breast pump of my own. I have heard Medela is the best so I am going with it (ha ha). I figure it will be cheaper than buying formula every week. Formula is sooo expensive. I think a breast pump is a good investment. =)

Kandace - Monday, 7 July
Oh ya, I am planning on breastfeeding as long as I possibly can. The goal in 1 year but I want to at least make it to 6 months minimum. I am asking for the Medela Breast pump in my registry. I hope someone gets it for me because they are really expensive. Since I know I will have to go back to work the only way I will be able to manage will be to pump and store it. I think my hubby and I are going to have to work alternating schedules after my leave is over. I know we cant afford to pay someone to watch the baby and I really dont want anyone watching our baby unless its family or a really close friend I trust. You know? If I didnt have to work I wouldnt but I know we cant make it financially without both of our income. Ahhh. that is a whole other stressor. We are also thinking of moving back to California to be close to family but then again the cost of living is so much. Choices, choices (ha ha). Gotta laugh or cry and Im trying to laugh. Have a great day!

Kandace - Monday, 7 July
OMG thank goodness you got help on your registry, I had the same problem but I didnt have any help. I registered at Babies R Us too and it has taken me sooo long because I am doing it by myself and I want to make sure I get all the neccessities. Since my family is in California it makes it hard to have them help me plus I didnt want to have someone go with me and then they try to make the decisions for me. You know a part of me wanted help and the other part wanted to do it myself (ha ha). Im so stubborn. I went to Babies R Us this morning to get the registration cards that go in the invitations. I came home from work sick. I was sooo dizzy and then I was hot and felt like I was going to pass out or get sick. I called the dr and the triage nurse told me to take it easy today and drink LOTS of water, she thinks I am dehydrated and she is probably right since its so freakin hot here. I just dont feel right today. I think this baby is taking everything out of me...plus some (ha ha). I hope you and Brody are doing well. Make sure you drink lots of water so you dont feel terrible like me.
