Inducing someone isnt nessasarily a great idea. Doc arent allowed to do it unless there is a proper medical reason as why s/he should xx redmum -
Tuesday, 16 September i find bio oil has been absolutely great for my skin - no itchies, no stretchmarks, nothing - most major pharmacies carry it. and it's safe for prego bellies, no nasty chemical ingredients like most moisturizers. i have had the cramps too, they got really crazy for a while but they are much lessened now that i'm taking a calcium-magnesium supplement before bed (and of course still eating a banana a day). good luck. melizondo -
Tuesday, 16 September i am getting calve cramps too, PAINFUL! It gets me moving a lot quicker though, I can get out of bed FAST when the calf cramps...Are you drinking enough water? I don't think I am, the itching thing has been happening too, not all over but stomach arms etc...my doc said benadryl is okay, the minimal amount, ask your doc, also are you moisturizing? I am using that curel for pregnancy, it has shea butter which is an awesome moisturizer. but also ask your doc about the itch, there is a PUPPP which happens during pregnancy, causes tiny bumps all over like bug bites, intrahepatic cholestasis (i doubt u have that, it only happens in like 1% of pregnancy's) do u have any kind of rash or just an itch anxiousfirst -

the cramping that your getting is called a "charlie horse" it happens to me when i strech too hard or for too long in the morning. i was told to eat bananas. potassium is suposed to help. jlynn -
Tuesday, 16 September Stretching your legs really creates the cramping. But my legs are so stiff. sometimes I just stretch them and then I am in for it. My midwife said that I may not be getting enough calcium. so I have added calcium and bananas and am still getting them so who knows. they really suck!!!!!!!!!!! Hang in there. carolinagirl4cmb -

Tuesday, 22 July Actually that is funny because I called the doctor yesterday because of it. Not to be gross but I let them know that my underwear actually is getting wet not just discharge and the nurse stated to put on a panty liner and if it gets soaked in a hour to call and come to triage. I hop this helps. But you are not the only one.
