Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Saturday, 19 April ya i had him.. hes almost two. i didnt follow this diet with him. i didnt even know i had it till two weeks before i had him and he was perfectly fine. he has been tested for diabetes and hes a-okay!! he was 7lbs 8oz when he was born so he didnt get huge like a lot of babies do from it. just eat healthy and the baby will be fine and you will too. i recommend having a healthy eating habit afterwards also so you dont develop type two diabetes. well take care.. kylee kbushby -
Saturday, 19 April heres some tips. gestational diabetes is way different then regular diabetics. if a diabetic tells you i can eat this, it doesnt mean you can. you can have 10 carbs in one sitting and you sugar will be fine. if you look on the back of a box it will show you the amount of carbs. if it says 25carbs then underneath it says 6 fibers(of any kind) subtract the fibers from the carbs. so in this case it would be 19 carbs.. so you should eat a little less then whatever it says the serving amount is.. .i really hope this is making sense!! lol things you can eat as much as you want of: egss, cheese, celery, meats(unseasoned, or check carbs), mayo, mustard, butter, oils, some nuts(check), avacado, and im drawing a blank on the rest... if you like yogurt there is this yogurt called light and fit. i believe its by dansun... i have one of those for breakfast almost everyday. theres a fiber smart bread out that has low carbs and you can make a sandwich for lunch with it... um... fatty food, like avacado, cheese, mayo, butter slow down the process of carbs digesting so they are good to eat on a sandwich or what not. so lately i have been craving hamburgers adn you definetely cant have a bn so i ask for no bun and use lettuce instead and eat a couple fries with it. it gets messy so i just use a fork and cut it up.. theres ways to get around things. i found out two weeks before i had my son so i felt so lost, but this time around i have really been looking for things that work.. .oh ya.... theres tortillas out that have really low carbs.. they are like 3grms of carbs so you can have 3 mini tacos... anyways im writing a novel here so i better stop before i get carpaltunnel.. lol good luck though.
