yea i dont think my hospital has computers to use either. i know they have free wi-fi access so you can bring your own laptop but i doubt ill bring it tomorrow since im not for sure if im gonna have her or not. plus im leaving the bags in the car n dont wanna leave my laptop either! i didnt know your mom had cancer. how is she doing?

Hey! Hope you are feeling ok. You are getting so close!! Remember we talked one time about pain when your milk dries up? Well, I gave up on pumping yesterday. It is too hard to pump and take care of him at the same time. Since he did not latch and he was supplemented with formula all along I decided it was ok to stop after I gave him everything I got for 6 weeks. Anyway, I wanted to tell you that after more than 24 hours of no pumping, it is not that bad. It is a slight pins and needles sensation every once in a while. If it actually starts to hurt, I will pump to ease the discomfort. So pain when you stop BFing is a worry to cross off your list!

well thats what it feels like! last time wasnt too bad for me when they tested for the beta strep thing but this time i guess it hurt worse cause im starting to dialate. i dont know, but now im not looking forward to next weeks exam. ugh, and just think, they check your cervix every couple hours when your in labor!! as if your not in enough pain!

by the way, was the internal not just completely HORRIBLE?! i think i stopped breathing while she was in there. it seemed like it took 5 minutes, too!! ugh!!

and about the sex thing, i heard afterwards your suppose to put your feet up in the air. i guess it helps the chemical found in sperm to help saturate the cervix. then again, i think ive heard a million and one ridiculous ways to induce labor so who knows if it really works? i guess it doesnt hurt though.

hah im trying everything right now! i dont wanna get myself too psyched for a regular delivery if this doesnt work though. if it did it would be awesome though! then id avoid a c section and be able to have her the regular way. although knowing how stubborn she is there would probaly be some reason mid pushing that id need a c section! haha! id be so upset!

hey! im also a fingertip dialated as of today. woop dee doo right? she said i was starting to thin out which i guess is good. i mean it is better than no progress at all! my little one is still breech and as of like 10 minutes ago i decided to schedule an ECV to try and have her turned so i have a normal vaginal delivery. just waiting on the nurse to call me back now. i hope it works!! so your little guy is still a floater?

Razor burn is kicking my ass..... well, crotch right now. UGH!! It was a task to shave it, and not worth the results. And I'm sure even with my 500 strokes, I missed some spots- but I'd never know, I cant even see my razor burn.

That helps a lot though. I wish I had some family here. My boss wants to babysit as much as possible but I won't abuse that either. My GF doesn't have to be at work until 2pm and usually leaves around 1 so I can get some rest then. After that I'm on my own. Two of my sisters were planning to come so at least for a week I'll have them around to help.

Aww so being dizzy is ok? LOL I was like whoa this is crazy. I'm glad to know that's normal. I'm going to try and drink 3 cups a day. Now my goal is to go the store after work and get the primrose but.....I'm already exhausted so I'm really not feeling that in my spirit right now. My spirit is telling me to lay my tail on the couch and relax.

Well I have a back up who will help me with the baby in the morning.

I just had my first cup of tea this morning and I'm on my second right now. After I drank the first cup I got these really weird sensations down there. It was strange, then I got a little dizzy. Then I immediately noticed the BH contractions coming. Not to mention she started flipping around and sticking her foot in my side. So I'm going to do both and then I'm going to try to find a book on acupressure.

Yeah, I used to live in Massachusetts and the weather there is amazing in the summer! Nice ocean breeze and about 85 degrees. I miss it! In Missouri it's about 100 or warmer all summer and it's HUMID! That and it pretty much stays really warm here until the end of September. Could be worse though! We moved further north a month ago so maybe it'll be cooler? I think I'm dreaming! Man do I feel back for her too! If it was the beginning of the pregnancy or middle it wouldn't been so bad but it's at the end.... That's just horrible!

Ohhh... That sucks! I feel bad for her! Is she going to be towards the end of her pregnancy during the summer or middle or what? My first was born May 31st so it wasn't too hot out yet. Some days were in the 90's but that's not tooo bad. I hate Missouri summers. I can take 100 degree weather but it can't be humid and in MO, it's humid as hell! I hate it!

I made my plug come out by sticking a finger in my cervix and sortof wiping the inside wall of it. When I took out my finger there was a little bit of pinkish colored discharge, and then the next day my doc told me my plug was out lol. I never saw it though but he said it could have slipped out while I was peeing and I didn't notice....
