I am trying to work up until the end too, but as the days go by, its getting harder. I think its b/c I am still a full time mommy when I am at home, so I can't really rest like I did when I was preggo with her. She wants mommy all the time, very clingy. Already telling me she doesn't want me to go to the hospital because she will miss me. I am trying to get her prepared. I took her shopping and she picked out a little stuffed animal for her brother and we are reading a book about being a big sister. She is excited. I just hope she adjusts ok to me giving my attention to another child. I just redecorated my downstairs bathroom so I am right there with you :) haha. My husband says no more spending until the baby is born :)

That's funny :) Mine kept snuggling into the placenta, so the photos were not all that great. We got a few but he just love to put his face right into the placenta. I would like to go again, so much fun. I am doing ok. My shower is on Saturday. I have officially hit the nesting phase and seem to be cleaning everything in site! My current drink craving is that XXX vitamin water, yummy! Can't wait for this little guy to get here. Not long now for either of us! Are you still working? When are you going on m leave?

OMG!! I loved those pics!! Did you get those for free or did you pay for them? I just got to FL and am trying to get Medicaid so I can see a doc, and I'm hoping that it will cover 3D Ultrasounds cuz I want one sooo bad!

Hi Jen. My treatment schedule right now is 2-3 times per week (however since I work in the office, it is convenient for me). I will probably keep that schedule for the duration of my pregnancy because it has helped tremendously. My suggestion to you is to adhere to whatever schedule your chiro has recommended. The Webster technique is perfect because it realigns the pelvis. My boss actually met Dr Webster many years ago, so he is very familiar with the technique. I hope it works as well for you as it has for me. Please let me know how you are doing. Good luck to you! Also, don't let anyone elses opinion of chiropractic keep you from doing what is right for you. :)

I have been haveing pain down there....my doctor says its my ligaments and its normal. I have not seen a specialist though. He said to elevate it and sit down when it happens. The pain is only on the right side only and a different times. The ligament pain is not all the time but can be a lot at times. Not fun...he!he! And now..heartburn is on the rise. :)

Hey Jen! I know its been a while..I just have been so swamped with things. I haven't forgotten about you friend. I'm glad that you guys are having fun with the nursery. We are still trying to clear it out...we are getting to the last phases of that..yea! We have a theme that we are most likely going with...a nature theme...earth tones and all that fun stuff. Funny you should ask about the pediatrician. I just tried to call one this past week. We too would like to meet with a couple and then decide. The one I called comes highly, highly recommended..she's the doc. for my OB's 3 kids. I have to try to call again though. Have you had your glucose test yet? I just had mine and they said I need to go in for the 3 hour test. So, we'll see what happens..I'm praying that these results will come back okay. Take care friend and God bless. :>

Hey! That's too funny, my fave drink before the diet orange soda, was rootbeer and only Barq's, it was so much better than the rest of the brands to me for some reason, but just like every other craving I've had, now I hate it and have moved onto something else! That is great about your 3D. I can't wait to see! My shower is on March 1, I just registered, this time i knew exactly what I needed so it was quick! If you haven't found a car seat yet, check out the Graco Safe Seats, they are the safest on the market and will last you up until the baby is 1 year old, which is rare with an infant seat. They are new on the market. I ordered the Graco Ionic Safe Seat on Amazon.com and got it for $116 to the door. Good price compared to Babies R Us. I am excited. Funny the things you get excited about while preggo! The baby's room is now complete. I promise I will take some photos and post. My energy is just terrible and downloading the photos is time consuming, so I keep putting it off! I have a cold from HELL too so my energy is extra zappped! Hope you have a great shower! Keep me posted on the goodies you get, as will I :)

I just wanted to say, I hope the pain in your pelvis gets better. It all comes with the territory, but it's also all worth it when you see that beautiful face of your baby. Anyway, Congrats on the baby, and i hope you feel better. Just make sure to get some good R&R and talk with your doctor/ midwife. GOOD LUCK!

I hung the letters for his name on the wall this weekend. As soon as I get done, I will post photos. I went for my follow up 3d ultrasound today and this kid is already weighing 3.5lbs! Yikes!

Hi, I posted a message on the board about being concerned about not feeling my baby for a few days. I just got back from my doctor’s and heard my baby’s heart beat on the Baby Doppler and everything is TOTALLY NORMAL. Tomorrow I will be 5 months and 1 week along, but as the weeks progress, the doc said that I will feel the movements more frequently and stronger. He also said that if I get concerned I can go into the office and use there Doppler to listen if I need reassurance.

Thanks for your support and the support of all of the other mothers on this board. It has been amazing.

I'm doing ok. I had a scare this week though. My stomache was rock hard and would not release. It was like that for most of the day. I called my ob and she told me to force 64 oz of water down over 2 hours to see if it would go away or I would need to go to the hospital. Luckily it went away, but still it was scary. I am doing ok, I am just really tired. Its funny its almost as if the minute I entered the 3rd trimester, I was exhausted. Probably just in my mind, but in any case I can't get enough sleep! I had Alexis at 38 weeks, so I just keep telling myself only 10 more weeks!

Hi Jen! Boy has being busy been the main story for me lately...ministry, baby prep and everything. We just confirmed our princess' first name and most likely middle name too. We are going with Junia as her first name! Her name is mentioned only 1 time in the Bible
(Romans 16:7) and she was a disciple of the apostle Paul, hence a servant of God. Some scholars argue she was the first female apostle. Added tidbit her name is a derivative of the Latin word for June, I just found out in our baby book a couple of days ago. The name combo we are most likely going for is Junia Imri. We get to see her next week for an u/s. I'm praying that she continues to grow and be healthy. We still working on clearing out her future nursery...that's going slow. I am holding up pretty good overall...of course the sore feet, heartburn, achy back, frequent runs to the lady's room. When is Trevor most active when you are awake or when you are asleep? Junia moves mostly when I am awake. I just registered at the hospital today..yea! Have your pediatrician yet...we don't have our's yet.

I know. I missed having a few drinks on NYE myself! We too are working away on the nursery. The room was already painted blue so that worked out well. My husband likes NASCAR, but I didn't want the tacky look of NASCAR, so we are doing vintage race car theme from Pottery Barn kids. Its really cute. I even got the PB kids finish line wall art. I am excited to get it completed, but am so tired these days. I am also recovering from a nasty stomache virus! I am having a hard time picking out a middle name that goes with Brody...any suggestions? I liked Ryan but now it reminds me of Ryan's steak house too much!
