I get to bed around midnight but wake around 12:30 - if I'm able to get back to sleep I'm usually up around 2:30 - 3:00 for a few hours. Hubby was snoring the other night so it was impossible to go to bed...poor guy he felt so bad the next day. Last night was better, but I find my legs are really jumpy at night as well. I'm only taking the materna vitamins...if it continues will talk to the doc on Monday about it.

Yeah, I thought the mirror was very cool. Picked it up at goodwill a while back for 10$. Thought I would paint it, but never figured out what colors I wanted to paint it. Oh well. That's a project for another day :)

 Very cool, I have a ton of canvases sitting in my garage that I need to paint on, I'm so bad these days. I'm sure my art will get left behind even more when the baby comes! Nice work! :)

oh I was a mad-woman with a paint brush...I learned in the San Juan Islands...all custom-homes...interior, exterior....exposed wood(stains)..trim...I can make a door or window look like glass with the proper high-gloss enamel. Yep missin the money, my hubby is in construction, he's a framer, the industry down here is alot different ( in a worse way) I blame the economy, but I can't wait to start doing my thing again. Being preggo and painting houses just don't mix....nah I've never shown..mostly fuddled around for my own pleasure. one of these days I want to paint something tho...I have a feeling it's a good idea for me.....
and I love it, for crying in a bucket!

lol...so far staying cool, we got AC in the house, makes it hard to want to go anywhere. But, I USED to paint houses..lol. I AM an artist though, I've actually never used paints before...have always wanted to try. I have a feeling I'd tear a canvas up. I've most worked with pencil, pen, and pastels. Whats up with this heat anyway??

Yeah...when it comes to this for sure. Other than that...I think we are a nation that has a pill for everything. I don't really agree with that so much...I rather treat the cause, not the symptom.

But for saving preemies....I'm all for it. She wouldn't be here otherwise. The best part is that she is technically a month old today...and is right on track with her development...no delays whatsoever. Drs track her development based on her due date for now...and then by the time she is 2...she will be all caught up...no more adjusted age. Neat right?

At work for most of the day...but I worry about the pets at home. We have one A/C in the bedroom that is trying to keep the whole house cool. It may not be able to keep up today. Plus my dad is coming in from out of town today. Do you have a site with more of your artwork?

well, since I'm not the awesome artist like you (and I mean it your work is beautiful), I am going to do a nautical room since we live near the lake. I will try to attempt to do a mural of some sort if I can. hey it's only paint, if I mess up we can repaint!! Your profile picture is cute! You make a lovely couple!!

Nope...she was born at 27 weeks!!!! 3 months early! I was one day into my 3rd trimester when I had her...was in labor during my 26th week. Amazing right? She was only 2 pounds 5 oz....and was in the NICU for 8 weeks. What a way to enter into motherhood, but to tell you the truth...I could handle anything now. She's doing great though...still on a monitor and whatnot...but that should be gone by the first week in september.

Weather is not too bad here today...warm...but not horrible...and just a little humid. Stay cool!

OH YEAH! I'll have to revisit that display with my husband when we're there next month! Now that I can actually relate to the weeks where as before you just cruise through thinking wow, now I'll really think WOW! Great idea! I've never been to Nicolas' over there. I'll have to tell my friend Michael about that, he loves middle eastern food. I lived over on he westside when I was there. If you ever want to know of a great pasta place go to Noodles on Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy at Scholls Ferry Road. It's got this garlic cheese bread to die for. It's super small and doesn't look like much but it's awesome! I have to hit up all my favorite spots when I go there.

Nope never been to OH but a lot of people I used to work with were from there and Iowa surprisingly. We moved last fall because of the family biz and my husband is an only child. It's actually kind of nice, to see the sun a bit more. I lived in Portland for 11 years. Oh fun! I love that trail, I used to run around the waterfront and down the Omsi trail all the time. I miss it! Have a good time, that sounds great. I am going to go for a swim! :)

thanks!!! you are right! she was so rushed. ugh! she was so cold about the heart thing...saying don't worry but it could be a sign of downs and that i need another ultrasound in 8 weeks, but don't worry! yeah right!!!! so frustrating! congrats on your little one!!!
