Hello All!

Well, we are expecting our first child and we are both so excited! I am married to a wonderful man and I couldn't ask for anything else at this point and time in my life! On top of this, I'm having a fantastic pregnancy - no morning sickness, no weight gain so far, I look great and feel great! I'm just lucky I guess. Good luck to all of you!!

Still no weight gain...weird. I get on the scale everyday, now I'm getting impatient, lol. But what's strange is I know that my belly is getting bigger, considering the fact that I can't button some of my jeans. I can't wait to actually start to feel pregnant. Sometimes I just feel like I'm not pregnant. It's hard to explain, lol. I go in for my next appointment on June 8th - can't wait to hear the little one's heart beat!! I don't get to find out the sex until July 17th...that seems so far off!! I'll be 22 weeks! Sheesh!

Went in for an appointment yesterday - 150 bpm. And very loud!! It was so touching to hear it. Total weight gain of 7 pounds...Can't wait till the next appointment!

So today was my big ultrasound...it's a girl!!! Woohoo. And she was so freakin' adorable. Big too, Doctor said she was a whole pound! It was too amazing for words. I walked away with some great pictures which I have posted already :)

I received my glucose drink today and my birthplan. Hazel is fine and healthy, and I've gained a total of 16 pounds! Almost 10 pounds in one month, sheesh! But the doc was happy to see that, lol. Still no stretch marks though, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays like that! So, anyways, back to my glucose drink, the funniest thing happened. I left it on our coffee table, and later that night when my hubby and I were watching a movie, my husband turns to me and says "what the hell is this stuff?!" with the bottle open and about 1/3 of it gone!! lol, it was so funny and I couldn't stop laughing, so I had to screw with him for a little bit. After I finally stopped laughing I told him it was a drink to make your milk come in, hehehehe, I had him pretty freaked out to say the least. *sigh* I love that silly guy!

Another appointment. Hazel is very healthy. I gained another pound...still no stretch marks, yeah! They gave me another glucose drink, I'll go in for that next Tuesday. Hope all is good!

Glucose test came back just fine and my, was her heartbeat fast...176 beats per minute! She's been moving a ton! Dr. is very pleased with the growth...oh and total of 21 pound weight gain. I found a stretch mark last week, right next to my belly button. But so far that's it!! Now it's to the doctors every 2 weeks...getting close!
