April 6th: WOW! It's been a while since I updated this! Well Everthing is going really well! Morning Sickness is gone, And I'm in the 2nd trimester. We had an appt on April 1st - and a sonogram BUT they could NOT tell if it's a boy or girl :( We really wanted to know so that we can plan a bit better. We're having another one on May 1st, so I'm crossing my fingers!!!

February 6th: Another Dr. appt.yesterday. Everything went well. I heard the baby's heart beat, 160 beats per min. I have gained more weight than I thought I would at this point. Lately I've had this nagging headache. I've tried laying down with a warm towel on my head, and even this strange idea I read about online...vicks vapor rub on the bottoms of your feet...it seemed to work. Well we're very excited and I think it's finally sinking in that we're going to have a BABY!

January 23rd: The Dr. appt. went well the ultra sound...I'm 8 weeks and 5 days. The heartbeat was 162 beats per min. and I guess that is normal....We're even more excited now...it seems more real, too. Next appt. is Feb 5th.

January 12th: Well I am feeling a bit better. I have some nausea at some point each day. I developed a strange rash on my arms but I switched soaps and it seems better. The acne is still there, but mostly on my chin. I still feel bloated and some of my clothes aren't fitting me already. And I spotted brown for two days but then it stopped. (Everything that I have read told me that brown is ok). I think the nursery will be Classic Pooh....It's probably a bit early to begin But WE CAN'T WAIT!

January 2nd: I am feeling ok...bloated (most of the time), some nausea, and ACNE! I look like I'm 15 again!! yuck But other than that, we're excited and looking forward to everything....

December 28th: Well, I guess that I had sort of given up for the month...and then I was late (and out of town) I ended up taking 3 HPT....ALL +!!!!! So I called m y doctor and we have an appointment on January 21st...that seems soooooo long away! In the meantime we are so excited!

November 26th: The blood test was negative, and I was supposed to take the progesterone, but I didn't...Well AFL finally came on the 24th (2 months late!) without the meds. So anyway I guess as soon as it's over, back to work... I gues that I'm happy that it came because I was beginning to think that somethine else could be wrong with my cycle.....We will see what happens.... :)

November 11th: OK well still no AFL.It's now 16 days late! I took a hpt wednesday night - still neg. I have lots of cramping, a bloated feeling, some breast tenderness, some nausea, and I have been feeling dizzy off and on. Eating food seems to make the dizziness go away. I'm not sure what is excatly going on...It seems unlikely that I am pregnant from everything I've read, but it's still really unusual for me to be late, and especially 16 days late..... Maybe I'll call the doctor and go in....But then again I'm pretty sure any test there will be neg...So maybe I should just save the disappointment. My next period (if it comes) is due the 23rd....

November 5th: I called the Doctor Friday, and she said that I should wait until the 12th, and if I still don't get AFL then I should come in for a test/ exam.....so I guess there could still be a chance... :)

October 30th :

It's been 3 months since I stopped the pill. Still no luck, but from everything I've read I guess it might take that long to get it our of your system. Recently I tried a PG text because I am now four days late, but it was negative. I think I'll try again next week, (if AF doesn't come). My husband, Joe, has been really wonderful and I know he's as excited about having a baby as I am! We both thought this would be much easier - LOL
