I'm happy to say that my husband and I are expecting our first child in September. After enduring a miscarriage last year at 8 weeks, I'm a little hesitant to jump into the excitement of expecting again in fear of suffering another loss. However, I don't want to miss out on a minute of the joy that pregnancy brings so I'm pushing all bad thoughts aside! I've been reading the message boards and some of the other member's VIP pages and I want to say to those of you who have also suffered losses, I'm terribly sorry. For those of you TTC, good luck and baby dust to you! And to those of you newly expecting mommies, Congratulations!!!!!

Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Tuesday, 20 May Hey there, I just read your post and I totally know what you mean about being scared when you don't feel them move. I talked to my DR and my Mom and both said that about now, it's not uncommon for the kido to find a REALLY cozy position and just stay there for a while. As long as you don't feel contractions or have any bleeding it's ok! I hope you are feeling great! rach23 -
Monday, 19 May hi, this happens to me and was told that when you are busy the baby stays quiet i am sure she will make up for it shortly, if you are still unsure i would go and get checked out to be on the safe side :) noobailey -

Tuesday, 15 April Hi Jennifer
Just thought i would drop you a line or to hows things going ? how was your ultrasound ? Amazing when you see you little one on the screen kicking about ..we nearly cried hubby and I...Not feeling quiet so sick now but my diabetes is still up the shoot so still off work .We have got to go up to london after our 20 week scan to have a cardiac scan done on the babys heart because the consultants feel that i could of been diabetic before hand and just want to check to make sure that babys heart is ok ...not worried about it because the consultant did say that in 10 years of her doing this shes only had 2 babys with difficulties ..that was pretty encouraging :) ...do hope your ok and starting to enjoy the second trimester ...best of luck ..love Annette xxxx micahsmommy -
Tuesday, 15 April Starting at 32 weeks I started to go every week for a biophysical profile, and they did an ultrasound at 24 and 28 weeks. So far everything looks good-and he may even be late which is surprising given the shape of my uterus. I think it was fun to have so many ultrasounds though because it gives me a lot of peace of mind to see him so much! micahsmommy -
Saturday, 12 April Hey! I may be late in adding this but I have a bicornate uterus and am getting ready to have him any time! My pregnancy has gone well I just get a lot more ultrasounds to check on his growth which I think is actually pretty neat. I hope things are going well for you! noobailey -

Friday, 7 Mar Hi Jennifer, maybe you are expecting twins??? But not to worry, many people I know have gained a lot of weight in the first trimester. Everyone is different. I have not gained much yet and I am worried that something is wrong because all I do is eat! Anyhow, best of luck! :) Carmione -
Friday, 7 Mar I've read some about this condition and I'm assured that through proper care you'll be able to carry this baby close to term. I will keep you in my prayers as well. Take care now. charlottesmom -
