I am 27 years old. My husband and I met at work while I was going to college. We were married October 20, 2007. In August of 2008 I found out that I was expecting our first child. We were so happy and excited. On October 20, 2008 I had a miscarriage. It was devistating. We did not know what to do. It was our first anniversary and we had just lost our first baby. Nothing to celebrate. The doctors told us that this happens a lot in first pregnancies and it should be easier for us to conceive this time. Sure enough in March 2009 we found out we are expecting again. I find myself constantly worried that things are going wrong again. I am hoping and praying for a healthy full term baby.
I am so glad there are networks like this out there for people like me. Most people around me do not understand what I have gone through and the worry I now have. Thank you to everyone for all your advice!!

Hey girl! How are you holding up from the shot? Hopefully your arm isn't too sore! It is really funny, because I think so many people were against it, but now I think most people are choosing to get it! Anyway, I hope you are holding up alright! So, on the sonogram on Monday, Ella was weighing in at 6 lbs and 12 oz... she gained 10 oz in five days, what a piggy pie!!!! Anyway, at least she will be big enough and strong enough now. Speaking of... I check in to the hospital tomorrow night, and they are going to start me on Cervidil and then the doctor will check my progress on Thursday morning, and then decide to let me keep laboring naturally, or to have a c-section. Either way, Ella is coming on Thursday! I cannot tell you how thrilled I am!!!! The whole thing is so real now, I can't wait for you to be two days away, you will be so excited! My husband says he feels like a little kid on the night before Christmas, it is too cute!!! Anyway, I will let you know how it all goes!!!!
