I am very excited about my baby on the way. It is my second time being pregnant . I lost the first one to a miscarriage. But as of May 6th, 2008 my baby has a heartbeat. I'm still debating on the issue of taping the birth. Also all the test that doctors like to give. I am open to any advice, just write me :) good luck to all other expecting mothers!

About Your Pregnancy:

Is this your first pregnancy: Nope 2nd, but i lost the first baby.

When did you find out you were pregnant: It was around April 18th or so, my boyfriend kept telling me that I was preg, and i kinda had a feeling i was. I took a test and sure enough!

Was it planned: Not at all, my boyfriend has a son that is barely over a year old, but we were still excited.

What was your first reaction: I was scared, and excited. The first couple of weeks I stayed worried that I was going to miscarry again.

Who was with you when you found out: My baby daddy lol (my boyfriend).

Who was the first person you told: My boyfriend

How did your parents react: my dad was a little disapointed just b/c me and him aren't married. but my mom is totally excited. she told everyone that she knows when she found out...lol

How far along are you: Right now, 18 weeks

What was your first symptoms: neausea, puking, and i still have it! :(

What is your due date: December 25th. Christmas day!

Do you know the sex of the baby: baby girl

Have you picked out names?: Kaylynn Brooke

If so, what are they: again see above

How much weight have you gained: so far just like 6 pounds, but i think thats due to my lack of appetite

Do you have stretch marks: yea, but they are from where i was gettin fat a long time ago, so i'll just keep adding :)

Have you felt the baby move: yes :) just every now and then!

Have you heard the heartbeat: yup yup! lots of times, i'll hear it again on the 28th =)

About the birth

Will you keep the baby: yes yes yes!

Home or hospital birth: Hospital!

Natural or medicated birth: Definitely Medicated!! i'm a wuss!

Who will be in the delivery room with you: my boyfriend, and maybe my mom, but who knows.... i know that his mom will wanna be in there, but i really don't want a crowd seeing all that! lol

Will you breastfeed: i want to atleast try it

Do you think you'll need a c-section: no, i'm good to push, a wuss, but i'll have to :)

Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time: yea, i'm a big baby

What's the first thing you might say to him/her: "i have been dying to meet you"

Would you let someone videotape the birth? no, i just want photos
