Well as some of you know I was being induced Monday Feb 4th in the morning. I woke up very early Monday morning around 12:30-1 w/ alittle blood w/ my mucus and started to have mild contractions which I didn't time cause I was going to be induced anyways. I checked in the hospital at 5:30 AM and got the IV running and settled in waiting for the Dr who was coming in at 7 AM Still was getting contractions and some were stronger than others. When the Dr came I told her about my contractions and she said lets see and I was 4-5 cm dilated! So I think if I wasn't going to induced he still would of been born that day. I started being induced alittle after 7:30 AM. She started me off slowly and the nurse uped it every 30 mins. The contractions started getting more intense and I knew that the time was getting closer. Water still didn't break. I went to the bathroom at a certain point noticing I had the urge to push so I did while no one was looking. I kept pushing when I had to and just as I was going to call for the nurse to tell her I have to push cause I could feel his head down there and she walked in. As soon as I said I have to push my water broke! I kept on pushing by myself as she got the Dr. So I got on the bed and the Dr. let me continue to push on my own! I wish you could of seen it, I was doing everything myself while they were getting their stuff on. All the Dr really did was catch him and I sort of helped too! I almost got away w/ no tearing or anything but Tanner's hand came out w/ his head scratching me, what she called a custom tear so I got acouple 2-3 stiches He was born sunny side up at 9:27AM, about 2 hrs after my induction and no pain meds! He weighed 7pds 8oz and is 20" tall. He has alittle jaundice. He is such a cutie! I can't believe he's here and I did all the work myself! W/ my others I had to hold my knees and have someone hold my feet and this time I just layed as comfortable as I could get and pushed him out. It is an experience I'll never forget!

pretty good, izzy did wonderful. she woke up at 2:30 a.m. for a diaper change..she freaked out a bit because she wasn't in her crib but I got her calmed down and back to sleep. we enjoyed it and are planning to again again in a month or so.

it must be so fun to have a mini-mom by your side! I was like that w/ my younger siblings and it helped me understand what I might be in for when we decided to have beckett, hehe. of course the sleep deprivation was all new - whew! i'm just happy that we get more, if not a lot, of sleep. when you had yor second baby, did it seem easier, if only b/c you knew what you were doing?

She'll feed then less than 2 hours later she is wanting more.

tomorrow I'll be packing and then we leave saturday morning after Izzy has her breakfast.
she shocked me because she slept 13 hours straight last night. must have been one tired girl.

We only go to the doctors when they're first born. They are seen at 8wks, 12wks & 16wks and have shots on all 3 of them. Then they're not seen until 9mths. Then i dont think they're seen until 1 1/2yrs. We also have baby clinic thats every Mon where i can get him weighed have his length done and discuss any concerns i have.
So Tanner loves his cereal. You'll have to take a pic of him having breakfast so i can see his little face all lit up lol

hi hun you fill the batter to the top of the cone base...right before it starts to widen at the top... don't over fill or it will spill over... so i hope that made sense... fill to the top of the base stop where it starts to get wider (is wider a word lol ) let me know how it goes.... I only had to bake at 350 for about 20-25 min.

WOW 9 girls....... Glad things are good with you and the girls are doing great like Tanner. Is his doc appoint just a check-up?? Kian goes 2 weeks today for his 3rd lot of injections and its 3 this time which i'm so not looking forward to. Gosh every 2-3hrs. Mind say that Kian still only has 5oz bottles and has only ever gone 3hrs between them at the most. I tried uping it to 6oz but he wont drink any more than 5 so i was throwing it away. Last week i started his on solids. He has half rusk every morning for breakfast which he seems to enjoy.

Aw thats so sweet that Tanner likes to now sleep on his tummy. He must look so cute. I know what u mean. He rolled twice on Wed and hasn't done it since. Its almost 6pm with us. Weather's actually been nice today. My kids are off school for half term and its rained since Sun so not been able to do much. How are yr girls?? Have u noticed Lakesha smith is preggy again with no.7?? Do u remember talking to her this time last year on here. She was preggy with no.6 same time as us. Gave birth in Jan. All her children are girls i think!! I dont seem to have enough hrs in a day with 3 babies. I think she must be superwomen looking after 6 and being preggy too.

I can't wait till her dr. apt. on the 12th to know how long she is. Robbie was complaning last night because her sleeper looks huge on her (except for her legs) but that is just how they have to be.
I also pulled out a convertable carseat that I was giving so that I can use that Izzy because her feet are to the back of the seat all strenched up..I was trying to hold off a tad longer, but with us camping this weekend and its like a 2-3 drive I wasn't going to have her like that long..

Kian rolled for the first time this morning and i missed it - Gutted!! He woke at 7.30am and i went to get his bottle and when i came back he was on his belly!! I made him do it again though for the video camera lol Hows things this morning??

hah I KNOW! :o) I wish Jakie was too.. I am nervous because he's a boy and I don't have a weiner :o) lol so I told Danny he needs to help out in that department! He has pee'd once and poopied a few times on the toilet.. but it's not on a regular basis.. I don't even know where to start sometimes. Some days he is interested and others he doesn't want anything to do with it. I was thinking about buying quite a few "hot wheels" (99 cents) and putting them in a treasure chest. Every time he pottys I want him to run to the chest and pick out a brand new car. I figure it's cheap and something he LOVES. Maybe he'll be excited..I can even wrap them up so he'll be even more excited to open them. Anything to save money right now! haha In other news, I am going to get on the minipill, I am hoping it will enhance my sex drive. I don't even have one right now and I feel so bad! I want it back!!!

I'm doing good thanks Jess. Our boys are growing so fast!! Kians also started on baby rusks which he quite likes and like Tanner has really discovered his voive and also that he has feet. Hasn't quite mastered how to chew them yet though lol Kians always in bed between 6-7pm and will sleep til about 4/5am has a bottle and goes back til about 7am. When he wakes then he shouts and chats and kicks and laughs - he's so funny! He doesn't care if yr ready to get up or not he's ready to talk lol

Tell him he's such a clever boy lol Kian still hasn't quite mastered it - still hasn't worked out he needs to move his one arm. He's more interested in chewing his fists cos his teeth are driving him nuts at the moment. Have u been up to much?

Yes that is her. She has been being so good for my mom and I. But the last 2 days she has been so bad. So today my mom asked my brother what he does to punish her because my mom saying no, stop, and ect are not working any more. She is hitting my mom, throwing things and ect. My brother said they dont punish her or tell her that stuff because she is too young wtf. I just don't understand my brother. I told my mom that I can't be watching my neice if she is going to be like that and my brother won't let us put her in time out or something for her actions.
Gosh, I already tell Izzy no. And she has figured out what not too do. I don't let her put her hands by her mouth when I am feeding her solids. I usually remind her once or twice a feeding and she dont do it the rest of the feeding.

Izzy rolled over a few times sunday

She is making me so happy. She use to be very very fussy at night so I never wanted to go anywhere, but lately she is getting so much better.
The very tips of two teeth are pushing through. She is getting teeth in the oddest areas though. She is not getting her front teeth first, she is getting two back teeth first. My sister-in-law didn't believe me so I had her feel so she didn't think I was a liar.
