Sorry I didn't update my page right away, I had one heck of a time trying to figure out what to put on my page. I don't know what to put or what to say but I'll just say the basics =).
My name is Felisha, I am 19 years old and a single soon-to-be-mom. I am having a baby boy (named Joshua Anthony), due February 17, but hopefully I can have him early and have him on Valentine's Day! That would be soo cute! But he come's whenever he wants to...just as long as he doesn't stay in there for a long time (cuz I wanna see my lil' boy so bad...and get back down to my pre-preggo weight =P). I don't get on here that much to update my page because I do not have a home computer, so I'm sorry for the last minute update, lol. I have an Aol Instant messenger screename which is : realjinniyah (i have nothing better else to do to kill countdown time lol). Feel free to IM me anytime. I love Winnie-the-Pooh so I'm currently (well me and my mom) are painting the nursury and the theme of the nursery is...ta-daaaa!....Winnie-the-Pooh (big surprise i know lol) This is my first baby and I am so nervous, I'm afraid of doing somehting wrong and I'm especially paranoid of every little thing that happens during my pregnancy becasue I don't wanna take a chance of losing my little boy. Yeah, I'm over paranoid and such but it's worth it. I wanna make sure that everything is going okay and that he is healthy.
I am living with my mom (love you mama!), ever since my baby's daddy basically abandoned me ever since I got pregnant. I have the urge to not let him see the baby what so ever and i can be a real meanie to him but, what goes around comes around. I'm nervous about childbirth, I'm afraid about what's going to happen but no matter how much it hurts i know that in the end it's all worth it. I'm going ol' natuaral, no meds, no epidural what so ever, and hopefully the doctors wont' have to give me an IV becasue I"m tired of being a human pin-cushion!!!!! Well, I think that's basically it besides....omg it's going by way too slow it seems like weeks are turning into months all over again! lol who doesn't remember that when the were first starting off pregnant saying "i have a long way to go" and now at the end you're saying "come on, come on, almost there and I can pop him out!!" lol.

I `m 34 weeks preggo now and I can `t wait! There `s so much drama going on between my bd and my mom, ugh, I don `t know how I can make both of them happy but only time will tell. I `m so looking forward to seeing my little boy at my last ultrasound appointment. Hopefully I will get all good news and hopefuly they will once again push up my due date =P.!Sunday, 17 Feb

I just thought i'd try and help with your question.... What I know about BDing during your AF is that you can't get pregnant during, because the walls of your uterus are shedding so the fertilized egg can't attach to it. That's just what I thought, but i'm not a doctor! LOL! Good luck ttc!

Hey. Saw your post on the TTC board. If your cycles are very short, you may O during AF, but otherwise it's best to wait until after AF has finished to start BDing. Hope that helps. Best of luck!

My daughter always screamed in the bath... I tell ya I quickly learnt how to bath her in 5 mins...this went on for about 2.5months, then one day I took her in the pool and she loved it, she screamed when we had to get out. Anyway I put her straight in the bath and for a few minutes she wailed, then I laid down, put her on my tummy ( her back on my tummy), then i gently moved her legs and then got her arms and started splashing them in the water, after she figured out that nothing was gonna happen, she started enjoying it, now the only nightmare I have is when I have to wash her hair, she still goes mental if I wash it...or brush it for that matter...lol. Could ure baby maybe hate getting his hair wet?...ohh i just reading comments left on ure page. I'm with the father of my children ( not married just defacto) and they both have my surname and he has no problem with it at all.... hope that helps...just do what u want, after all ure the one doing everything. Anyway I hope u sought out the bath time. Take care

To go to talkingbabies just click on the little girl up top on the tab next to the pregnant woman. It should keep you logged in, if not just log in again and you're a member! Let me know if this works.

hey girl, ive been doing my own taxes fro 12 years and i do all my friends. For a first-timer I would say you probably qualify for a 1040EZ lately ive used taxslayer.com online it only cost 10 bucks--you cant beat that w/ a stick. This website walks you through everything. Now, you can request a copy of ur W2s from the corporate office of Kohls if theyy give you a hard time then you can go directly through the irs.gov. Good Luck and take care ;)

I agree that payroll should be able to reprint them for you, but in the event they can't or won't then I suggest going to the IRS. I usually get them to do my taxes for me every year and it is almost always correct. Hope this helps.

Hey about your W-s's! You can call your payroll department and have then reprint your W-2 for you. Mine got lost in the mail so I called corporate and got payroll to reprint mine for me. No biggie, I think it happens all the time! Goodluck!!

Hi there, thanks for your message about scoliosis - the info is helpful. I am definitely going to talk to my dr too just to be sure. Thankfully I was really active before I got pg & was pretty much able to manage my scoliosis through exercise & making sure the muscles in the back were strong. So far I haven't had too many pregnancy related problems or pain. But I still have a way to go so we'll see if it stays that way! My husband doesn't think anyone else would notice that my belly is 'crooked,' but it bugs me! Oh well. Best of luck to you!

Hi, I read your message on the weekly board. I would venture to say that is what your dr said!! I was induced with my first but I know they say if you havent effaced or started to dialate that pitocin isnt the best choice.. Right now I am a fingertip dialated and he can feel babys head, so my dr told me he doesnt think ill make my next appointment on thursday but if i do he will schedule my induction cuz its time to get her out!! I am sure you cant wait, I know I cant!! Good luck!

oh hunny chances are that your baby will be just fine i think that just about every pregnant woman at some point accidentally eats something that's under cooked but for your peace of mind call your doc it will ease your stress! hugs

I just read your comment and i hope this ain't too full on but i'd tell him to 'get stuffed.' My partner and i aren't married, we are defacto but our children have his surname. If i wasn't with him i probably would use mine. In your case because there has been no interest and all of a sudden baby's dad wants input, i wouldn't tolerate any orders from him, but try and keep things amicable for baby's sake.

It's up to u which last name you choose ... is the baby's dad going to play a big part in his life? that's very petty of him to say that he won't sign the birth certificate if the child doesn't have his name. If I were u I would go with your name!

I'm giving my baby my last name because I will be the custodial parent. It is up to you and how you feel about it, do you what you want - don't let him bully you!
