Hey!

Hi all I'm Jo of one Mr Mackenzie he's 18 mnths now, I love being a mum and can't wait for no 2 which we'd like to be a girl although we plan 4 kids so there's time yet, although after this one were taking a break so I can learn to drive we wanna move house then emigrate to Australia but alot to be done before were ready for any of that.

Mackenzie was a huge baby and a long one the pregnancy was normal and a great relief after 3 mc's and we'd planned a home bitrth but it was'nt to be I was rushed in and progressed further but he was back to back with me and stuck and there was me thinking all the pain was normal...lol, he finnally arrived after 33hrs and a c- section at 9lb 4 and half oz and 58cm long. It was'nt all that bad really I was home within 48hrs and had no problems after that weve had to wait longer than we would have liked to try again, so I cld heal but here we are now with no 2 growing fast, all is going very well but I'm huge my midwife laughed at me she can't believe the difference but with twins in the family who know's? I'm having my 12wk scan on the 30th Nov so not long to go!

I live with Bobby he works fulltime as a forman and does all the DIY great! lol and can you believe it... I found a fella not into sports just his car finally a sane one ....lol

We have a huge family my sis has 6 kids and my brother has 2 so lots of support freinds are following suit now so more babies for Mac to play with and give mummy a break. yippeeeee!

12 week scan taken on 30th november 2007 (12wks 2days)

Yay had my scan today, just one in there and he/she is very active my dates are spot on the heart beat was brilliant, so were so happy and ive loaded a pic up for you to see i cant work the stupid scanner so had to tk pic of scan to get it on, but ill try to get it sorted properly when ive got time. got anouther scan 24th january i think and a glucose test at 28wks they said coz mac was over 9lb emm nowt to do we my mum being diabetic duh ive to have one every time!
Anyway all is well babys happy so mummy and daddys happy now to go shopping....lol

Had the craziest week ever monday not yesturday last monday pottering around as usual at home with my son and fell down the stairs...owch! top to bottem took till wednesday to get a scan they tried to find the heart beat but apparently babys still in my pelvis...huh wish some one wld tell my belly that lol anyway after worrying something was wrong i got my scan babys fine mums sore as hell they said luckily i went down on my back but im not feeling lucky so much to do for xmas day shopping cleaning oh not to mention weve to tk out and replace the kitchen then i can cook the buffet why oh why are we having a party xmas day...ahh kids lol, other than that and some more shopping we might just get to xmas day in one piece i hope all your arrangements are going more smoothly than mine...hahaha oops ho ho ho ...lol

27th december, 2007MY BABY KICKS YAY SO KOOL AFTER AN EXHAUSTING XMAS ITS JUST WHAT I NEED STILL GETTING FAT FELT REALLY FRUMPY LATELY BUT BEEN SHOPPING GOT SOME KL TOPS WE CUTE LILL MOTIFES `BABY ON BOARD ` JJUST TO MK SURE PPL ARNT THINKING IM GETTING FAT VERY FAST LOL SEEING MIDWIFE ON 2ND AND BOBBYS OFF WORK SO WERE HOPING WELL HEAR THAT LILL HEART BEAT FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME STILL HAVENT HAD ANOUTER GO WITH MY DOPLER YET AS ITR SAYS FROM 18WKS BETTER SAVE THE BATTERYS ONCE PEANUT GETS ACTIVE IM NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO RESIST LISENING..HEHE

friday 28th december acive baby alert woke up belly ard as a rock ive waddeled rd all day then went shopping i must have looked like a penguin pottering rd asda of course he kept speeding ahead drove me mad the stitches kicked in today, and the heart burns at its worst 3am i thought i was gona chuck must rem to buy some gaviscon !!!!

4th JanuaryWell thought it about time i updated had my scan and were having anouther lill boy who will be called Bailey!!! wasnt so easy to tell this time i knew soon as i saw our first son coz he looked so much like his daddy maybe im getting a look in this time?Than daft tickers n even this web site im told are working me out wrong according to docs im due 11th june still but they say im 22 weeks and will be 23wks this friday, although i dunno why im so bothered im still no closer to knowing weather im having anouther section or a natural birth they said ive to be bk at hossy 36 wks to see how bubs positioned im really not to worried i just wanna know so i can be organised.Been sorting baby clothes out and buying loads more but mainly im searching for new gadgets hehe swing and ive discovered buggy pod rather than buying a double buggy which is great just what i need as macs walking now but i can fold this seat out when he needs a rest, cutest thing i found is a bumbo seat unfortunaly they only do em in baby size lol

Well not alot has happened since i last came on here had my energy boost which i think might be on its way out the top of my legs and my back are aching, but ive so much to do places to go things to buy, still looking for the best baby swing, babys kicking me alot im sure he only sleeps when i sleep lol, now not only have i lost sight of my feet but mac to he `s having a clingy stage usually clinging to my pants when i discover i cant see him haha! ill be seeing the midwife nxt thursday which is a relief im having alot of trouble with my hips and what feels like trapped nerves i know its down to hormones and pressure of were the babys lying but when you get stuck cleaning the bath its hard work its not like a 17 mnth old can ring daddy to help lol

plucked up the courage to see midwife today i wasnt due to till nxt week but spd has kicked in again only worst this time be redused to tears just to load the washing machine was the last straw. didnt get the midwife i wanted and got fobbed off grr told to live on painkiller some midiwfe huh like thats practicle ev 4 hrs for the nxt 16 weeks, so now ill be trailing across town again to see doc hopefully he will arrange for a specialist to see me of at min get me a support belt, i just wanna do anything i can now to avoid being on crutches by 30 weeks...coz how would that work with a toddler, to top my day of my mums ant died too so all in all not a good day.

does normallity exixt? ,,,lol its been one of those weeks unhappy with the midwife from hells verdict i did trail across town bk to the docs they still arnt prepared at this stage to diagnose spd, how ever they did look at me and discovered i have a tilted pelvis and my spines curved far too much now im an invalid...ok not an invalid but thats how i feel i cld hide a water melon in the curve seriously and may need physio to correct it after for now ive to sleep n sit as im told grrr hate being told what to do but i will acknoledge it helps, still worried with babys head down so soon with the pain in my bk you never really know whats going on and its got a bit scary a few times now, my bumps dropped alot its a weird feeling when your thinking how close is that foot to popping out lol

monday again? well this weekend was just as hectic, being mothersday I thought this is my weekend.....HAHA but nope we ended up being hounded by the mil all day and i did'nt get to sit down and have my mothersday till 7pm so I'm really annoyed she did'nt respect I'm a mum too and actually wanted some me time with my son, Bobby did manange to get to the shops late but that's men lol...he actually suprised me with what he got a yummy mum book, a pic frame, choc and a cup that Macs to paint wiv Daddy for me nxt weekend now. Mac started on the chocs bless him and don't you just know this strange cup's gonna turn out to be the no topic of conversation with my visitors for years to come...?

Wednesday 5th March

Omg 26 WEEKS, too many things to do 24 hrs per day isnt enough lol, been sorting finances ready fro Baileys arrival and he suprises me with hes taking out more than we need to cover wedding and chrisening aww how sweet xox. Wedding arghh I haven t a clue what I want to wear, cars, venue nothing it just never came that high on list of priority's but we want it all sorted ideally by the end of 2008 dam I gotta diet lol great news when ya almost 7 months gone lol

hi seen your comment in the stretchmark forum page. and just want you to know that i swear by bio oil!!!! im first time mum and nearly 29 weeks and not one yet!! i cover myself in it twice a day and massge it everywhere in the evenings. ive used palmers but find that bo oil keeps my belly etc.. so moisturised and soft.
