Soooo Excited to be having our second!!!

1st Pregnancy I got morning sickness morn. & night for the 1st trimester, just lovely. My 6th mo. (26wks) checkup I was sent to the hospital to get monitored, after 20 min nurse came in and said, "i earned myself a nites stay at the hospital." Callie Jo's heart dropped 4 times in 20 min, I broke out in tears. I had to stay the remainder of my pregnancy in the hosp on strict bed rest, Oh so fun. To make a very long story short, I made it to 30wks 3dys, 2cm dialated & 50% effaced(sp). I was told at 4:30pm they had to do an emergency c-section, C.J. born at 5:21pm July 25th. She was in the NICU until October 5th & released with no problems. I kept her in the house plus she had to get a special shot every mo to prevent her from getting RSV until she was 10 mos. She did get RSV but not until she was 16 mos, which usually isn't deadly after 1yr. Currently Callie Jo is healthy with no effects from the RSV. She is the sweetest most patient 2 1/2 yr old I've ever come across & she is the 16th grand child, just on Dads side/1st on my side.

2nd Pregnancy - Angel Baby October 2007

Feb. 27th - I've been feeling great this pregnancy, no morning sickness. My 1st appt. is march 5th, i'm sooo anxious, I Can't wait to hear the heartbeat. Also this pregnancy 8dys after missed AF I got a - & next day it was a light +. Took one more 3 dys later & it came up in less than a min & a lot darker doc apptS there is still hope if you have a similar situation! :-) I will post after my doc appt, in the wait I will be keeping my finers crossed/legs too!! March 6th - Yesterday I went to my appt doc said due date was oct 19, then he checked me and said that my uterus felt big. Today I went in for an ultrasound and there was only a flicker of a HB & my sac was only measuring about end of my 5th wk. That was sooo scary not to see something like I thought I would. Hopefully I ovulated really late & thats why it took so long to get a +. My next ultrasound is the 20th soooo, I'll have my fingers crossed until then, I'll update after that. March 21st - Hi ladies, I went to the doc yesterday to have another U/S and we got to see our little bean. So the little one is measuring 7wks 2dys yesterday, so my due date changed from Oct 19th to Nov 4th. The tech also measured the HB and said, "166 can't beat that for 7wks along." My hubby and I are so excited that little heart was pumpin this time. So I must have ovulated late & it took its sweet little time traveling and implanting, maybe some hope to some ladies with similar stories. M/S has been getting worse, and I was wondering why I hated being preggo . NOW it's all coming back to me, Ha ha! Well Jo Jos awake so I wish all of you the best of luck and baby glue too :-) My next appt is the 26th I'll keep you all posted.
