I have implants and my son is two weeks old...so far I haven't had any problems. Thye are behind the muscle and that makes a difference.

My husband's cousin had a baby two years ago )10 months after getting implants) and was able to breastfeed. Some woman with implants don't produce milk is what I was told (by her). Other than that, there is no problem.
