I'm so happy, my baby is due around my birthday! Amazing my daughter will be about 12 and son about 10 when baby is born. WOW! =)

I am 9 weeks 5 days and I went to the doctor today because I wasn't feeling good, had cramps off/on and nausea, well I was prescribed Macrobid cause I had a blader infection, Zofran cause of the nausea, glad to know, need to drink lot's of water.. I gotta take care of myself.. Also I got to hear my baby via doppler. SWEET!

I went to the doctor today and I was told that I'm not 10 weeks and 3 days, so that I'm actually 11 weeks and 2 days. YEY! Oh and I got to see my baby moving just for like couple of seconds.. AMAZING!

OMG! Today I went to my doctor because I have pains on my right/left side (sharp)... and I got sooo scared and cried because we couldn't hear the baby's heartbeat via doppler, doctor tried for several minutes and nothing... Waited like 20 minutes which felt like an eternity to do an ultrasound, well we got to see the baby's heartbeat, but they found a fibroid tumor.

I can't wait for my next appointment which is December 24th (Christmas Eve) Doctor requested us to bring a video tape to record the ultrasound plus we get to know our little nugget gender!!! :D

Can't wait... I have my appointment tomorrow and doctor wants me to bring a video recorder to record the ultrasound... we are sooo excited! We should know the gender then.. but we are going to ask the doctor to write it and seal it.. told my honey to take it away from me or else I'll open it before christmas heheh.. soooo he agreed.

I am having a boy and we are still looking for a name, well sorta.... we are thinking of naming our nugget, Xavier Loren but we are not 100% sure yet.

someone mentioned a warm bath - i'm going to try and see if that helps at all....god i hope so - i can't imagine that if i can't handle this pain - what am i to do in labour.....boy oh boy

I would get the doc to check you out just in case! I ended up going to Labor and Delivery a few weeks back, afraid my water was leaking (I have had a previous preterm rupture of the membranes.) However, it turns out it was just a little leaking from elsewhere. Either watery discharge or urine. My doc did a swab test. Even when I feel like my bladder is empty, it never really is and the growing pressure of the baby can make it leak. I really did not have a lot of fluid, I was just really worried b/c i have been there before! Anyway, I would def. get it checked out ASAP just to be on the safe side! Good luck!

Some people are just plain stupid. Her brother announces the name of his beautiful baby and she says something like that...what is she..5? I would have told her of but thats just me - I actually LOVE that name and my boyfriend had it on his shortlist(he is australian) :-) But it will be a bit hard to pull off for our baby boy as he is going to grow up in Denmark. We are calling our baby Zacharias (pronounced a lot different that you'd think, because we will pronounce it in the Danish way) - we love the nickname Zach so we have finally agreed :-)

People ruin names all the time. My husband doesn't like Claire because in some movie it is referenced as a 'fat girl's name' and Caitlin Rose apparently sounds like a 'stripper name'. You can't listen to everyone's opinion, but it's hard not to be insulted when someone wrinkles their nose at a name you like.

My Dr has banned me from sex after a similar scare. I would call your Dr and ask, some Dr don't think anyone should have sex in their third trimester or at least their last few weeks. I know when I had my daughter 7 years agomy water broke about 20 minutes after having sex. I was 37 weeks so it was ok. Better to be safe than sorry

I know exactly what you mean. If you're really worried ask your doctor. Last time my husband and I had sex, I got contractions and spot bleeding...My dr. said everything was fine. I said maybe it's time to call it quits til the baby is born! haha.

I had the same problem as you. We had sex last night and I was so very uncomfortable for hours it seemed like. My belly was hard and just very uncomfortable. I did not sleep much eiother. If you find out anything further keep me posted.

i have prob with sex too...i get all crampy afterwards and im really dry during the act...like i have no vaginal lube so im really sore afterwards too...i feel bad for my hubby..oh well..not to omuch longer!!

I have a personal question for you. My friend got a tummy tuck and she is thinking about having another baby, but she scared that her stomack will fill with strech marks since her skin has been streched with the tuck. Are you having any side affect from that right now?

Thanks, it's good to know when you're not the only one who's experiencing the same things. I go to the doctor on the 21st so I'm going to mention it to them once again and see if I can get it taken care of. Did they tell you what yours was?

You have to try Zantac...it is a life saver. It is safe to take, it is kind of expensive but so worth it. I had heart burn so bad I want to throw up if I don't take it, and everything even water gives it to me!

thats exactly how my hubby and Is work situation is...I work 8-4 and he works 3-11 but we have different days off, I have weekends and he has thurs and fridays....I am taking the 3 month maternity leave...then possibly just switching to part time...I was going to just be a SAHM but I dont want to go crazy either....but we will see how I feel after little miss is born!
