My husband and I have one boy and just found out we are pregnant! We tried for one month and got pregnant! We are really wishing for a lttle girl! This maybe my last chance for a daughter (my husband only wants 2 children but is kinda open to maybe having three but I am sure it will take some begging!) I can't wait until I hear the heartbeat and to see the baby on the ultrasound!
Jan 15th- I feel very tired and my bbs are very tender I have felt some slight m/s but not too much! I only have one worry, I have some abdomin pain but I'm thinking it is gas! lol!
Jan 25th- So this week m/s has kicked in hard core! I can't eat I get sick! If I don't eat I get sick! I have barely eaten anything its aweful! I can't wait until this part is over! The bbs are more sore than ever! I'm miserable! My poor husband, I just cry to him all day! I am so tired all day! I just want the first trimester over!!
Feb 5th- Went to the docs yesterday and she gave me a pill to get rid of m/s! It works! I love it!! I was very dehydrated so I needed something to keep the food in!

April 8th- So Ive been very tired very sleepy and I'm in a lot of pain! I have sciatic pain. So I have not been a happy camper!! I have my u/s on the 15th so we will find out what we are having! I have had such a pain in the ass time with this pregnancy so I have decided this is it for me . All I can say is please be a girl!!
April 11th- The nurse just called and the blood test for downs was neg. Which I wasnt too worried about because Im low risk but ya never now what could happen ! I'm just happy!

Hey, your belly will likely even out soon enough. I measured big with my son one month but by the next month i was right on track and it is coomon. At least you are not like me with twins at 26 weeks measuring 35.5 - LOL!! I'm HUGE!

Hi! I am in the same boat as you, except that I am measuring 5 weeks ahead of schedule. My dr. said there is nothing to worry about. They did an ultrasound and my son is right on target for his due date. I am short and there is just not anywhere for baby to go except for out! :-) Michelle

All it really means is.... your bellly is measuring bigger.. lol. Nothing more, at this point. I've measured ahead my entire pregnancy (at 31 weeks was 6 weeks ahead!) and my little guy is right around 5lbs where he's supposed to be. Some things that influence your tummy size are his position, the amount of amniotic fluid, he could've had a growth spurt and maybe your tummy will catch up in the following weeks, or your baby could be lager. In my case, my guy is breech and I have a ton of fluid, making me huge, but he's normal and healthy :) Hope that helps!

Im also getting huge also the only thing is that with my son dannis i gain more pounds by this time. Im feeling great on monday im getting and u/s i cant wait to see my baby and to hear the news that everything is fine and that my husband could have his sex life again

Don't worry, I am by no means small!! I have put on like 13kilos (29 pounds). But I think I put on even more with Zac!!! Classic Pooh is adorable. I started out with a nautical theme, but then switched a couple days ago to an animal / wild life I suppose you would call it theme. I changed it when I found a nursery freeze that matched the paint we already had in the nursery, and retro matched the upholstery to that. I just need to decide on a rug, considering 4 of them - the one I like most is a white shag rug, but worried about how practical that is, and also if the baby rolls over, might they drown in it??? I'll go down to the shop and take a closer look early next week I reckon. Bring on week 40 :D

Yeah-we are excited!It was really hard and emotional the first time-but I survived. It makes me a lot more appreciative of my hubbie this time. We are naming her Lily. That is both of my grandmothers names. What have you picked out? Im sure your little boy is a big help. My neice was 6 when my nephew was born-and she helped out a lot!!!

It's hard to think we still have soo long to go isnt it? I think I might be slightly smaller than with my first boy - but I still feel like a whale, I weighed myself the other night and nearly had a heart attack!! This is my second, and he is another boy. What are you having? I've been a bit naughty today, just been at interior design shop lining up some reupholstering of our feeding chair, and some other bits and pieces for the nursery. I think everything is on order now - so just waiting for it to come in so I can set up. Have you started nursery yet?

You are definitely very lucky to have that. As you can see I am burning the midnight oil once again! I hate working nights so bad, that if I can't get this day position i don't know WHAT I am going to do.

Wow. Your lucky to be able to sleep during the night. I work in a psychiatric facility and you can't sleep at all on the night shift so I have to suffer for 10 hours. It's horrible. I am trying my darnedest to get off the night shift. I'm hoping that a day position is opening up soon so I can bid on it.
My Dr has advised Several times to get off the night shift, because it increases several risks on the baby.....

I've gained 17 lbs. Don't let the weight gain thing bother you. Remember that everyone is different. Just be blessed that your baby is healthy.
