3 months 17 days old Ty rolled from his tummy to his back...2 days later at 3 months 19 days old he rolled from his back to his tummy. Is is still doing great, he is an amwesome eater and is always happy. he is getting so fat I love his rolls. I am so blessed!
2 1/2 month update: He is 14 lbs 6 ounces, and 24 1/2 inches long. Ty was found to have Pulmonary Valve Stenosis, one of the valves in his heart is sticky, it will not cause him any harm and he should be able to do all the things in life that he wants like play football and such, we have to follow up for another ekg & echo in a year. He also has torticollis, which is the tightening of the neck mucles, his is on the right side, he now has therapy every week at Shriner's Children's hospital and an in-home therapist will come once a week also because of the torticollis he is getting a bit of a flat head on the left side of his head, they need to make sure they get that taken care of before he is 6 months old. All in all he is great, a big healhty baby boy, loads of smiles and laughes, he is just so happy, he loves tummy time and holds his head up great!
2 month check up @ 2 months 7 days old: Ty now weighs 12 lbs 6 oz, he is 24 1/2 inches long. He only got 2 of the 4 vaccines, we were a bit nervous about him getting them at all, Ari passed away 2 days after her 2 month vaccinations, the vaccines don't have anything to do with SIDS, but we couldn't help but to be nervous, so he will go every month to get 2 vaccines until he is 8 months old. He is going on Tuesday for therapy for his neck and they found that he has a heart murmur so we will be going to the Cardiologist on Friday. He has great head control, loves tummy time and still is a great eater. We just love his so much!! On 9/20/09, he was as old as Ari was when she passed away from SIDS, 2 months 9 days old, I was very nervous that day, just for fear that something was going to happen to him. After that emotional roller coaster, I am now doing alot better, looking forward to a long life with my baby boy, he is such a blessing and we are so gracious that Ari sent us the perfect baby brother!
2 months old: Ty is now cooing all the time, he tries to talk..it's so cute. He is smiling and even trying to laugh all the time, he loves tummy time and keeps his head up, looking around at everything, his neck control is amazing. He is sleeping great 5-6 hours a night. He now take 6 ounces a feeding and burps like a champ. he is such a happy loving baby..he loves to be talked to and loves to snuggle. He is such a blessing to our family!!!!
6 weeks old, Ty now smiles when I walk up to him, he recognizes me as his mommy, it is so cute, I will talk to him and he'll start to smile..aww He loves tummy time, lifts his head great, he is getting chubbier by the day!! I Love him so much!!!
1 month check up: Ty weighed in at a whomping 10 lbs 10 oz..he went from being in the 33rd to the 70th percentile. He is now 22 3/4 inches long! His doc heard a bit of a heart murmur, she is going to monitor it because he didn't have it at his last visit. We found out her has G6PD deficiency (it is an inherited condition in which the body doesn't have enough of the enzyme glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, or G6PD, which helps red blood cells (RBCs) function normally. This deficiency can cause hemolytic anemia, usually after exposure to certain medications, foods, or even infections ) but no worries bmy other children have this blood disorder too, so I was prepared to hear that he had it. He is very alert, a nosey baby..heehee He sleeps great only getting up once during the night. I have to return to work in 10 days and that makes me sad, I am considering taking a week or two off without pay, but well see when that time comes. Due to everything we have been thru with losing Ari I am a bit nervous to leave Ty, he will most likely be staying with my mom until I feel comfortable with him going to daycare. Ari lived to be 2 months and 9 days old, I would love to be able to stay off of work and home with Ty until after the day her turns 2 months and 9 days old, but I don't think that's doing to happen. We are just head over heels in love with this little guy, he is just great!
18 days old Ty started cooing...it's so cute, he is so much more alert. He still eats and sleeps great..I'm so proud of my cooing little man!
11 day old weight check: Weighing in at 7lbs 7oz and was 22 1/4 inches long! He's growing taller, but not gaining any weight, the doc said that's fine, asd long as he didn't lose any weight. He eats like a champ and is a great sleeper!
1 week: Weighed in at 7lbs 7oz and was 21 inches long, he had to have bloodwork done to check his biliruiben (jaundince) his levels were too high, so he was put on the wallaby(therapy lights) 24/7. He was taken off the lights and is doing well. He is a great sleeper and eats like a piggy. he is getting Bf most of the day, but we supplement formula bottles. Took him to the cemetary for the 1st time, we took Ari some flowers from her baby brother and snapped a pic for her photo album. He also had his first trip to camp(5 bedroom house on 100 acres) and he got to meet his cousin who was born on the same day as him! He is so alert and maybe even a bit nosey, he has the best facial expressions! We just love him so much!!!!!
Tymarion Al Tate was born July 11th 2009 at 2:17 pm He is 7lbs 9oz and is 20 inches long.
Our Angel Arihanna sent us the perfect addition to our family. He is such a blessing, he is a bit jaundice so he is on home therapy lights, but he is a great eater..little pig..and a great sleeper. We are so in love!!!!
REST IN PEACE ARIHANNA JANIA TATE
MY BABY GIRL WAS MADE AN ANGEL ON MARCH 29TH AT 11:21AM
I MISS HER SO MUCH!
*Official Autopsy Report: I got a call from the coroner's office the toxicology is back in, everything came back negative. Official ruling is Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, meaning her death is unexplainable and they could not find a medical cause. I have mix emotions about this I am so glad that there is nobody to blame and nobody did anything wrong, I was praying everyday that it wasn't something I did or something I missed, or something to do with the shots shee received or something to doctos had missed. I am greatful that she did not suffer when she passed away. I am a little upset because they don't know what killed my baby girl, how does a mother live with not knowing why this happened, why was my baby girl ripped away from me? Well, they have many theories, but sadly that's all they have are theories. No answers, so I have to live on without knowing.....I miss my baby girl so much!
*I spoke to my friend who works for the coroner and she told me that the coroner ruled it as SIDS, but he can not sign off on that until the toxicology report comes back. This sounds weird but I am so relieved, I now know that I didn't do anything wrong, I was so scared that it was something I did or didn't do, or something I missed, I now feel a little better knowing that she died peacefully. I still miss her every minute of everyday, but I can stop blaming myself. We got the approval sketch for her headstone and it reads:
Arihanna Jania Tate
Jan. 20- Mar. 29, 2008
A Bright Star In Our Lives
Too Perfect To Stay
Placed In Gods Hands
Until The New Day
On the morning on March 29th 2008, I layed my sweet priness down for her morning nap. At 11:00 am I went in to check on her, and when I picked her up she was blue and cold, I yelled to my hubby who jumped out of bed I ran downstairs and handed her to my sister in law(she is a nurse) and she did CPR, while her daughter called 911, I could not even function, I was just laying on the floor crying. The ambulance was on its way, but we jumped in the car, and started to drive to the hospital(it's about 6 blocks away) we seen the ambulance and did a u-turn and they started to work on her. They drove her to the hospital and tried their hardest, they did get her color back, but they could not get a heartbeat, at 11:21am she was pronounced dead. I just dropped to the floor and started to cry, I can't believe my baby is gone. It took me 5 hours to leave the hospital, I could not leave her. The nurse had brought in a blanket for her, so that she looked more at peace, they really helped me with the grieving process, they let me take my time and they helped us with understanding the coroner and contacting the funeral home. I had a hard time facing my other children I felt like I had failed them, I thought they would say to me, why would you let this happen to our sister, I was scared and angry and felt so alone. I have since talked to alot of people, who have helped me, and I now know that my sweet princess is now, my sweet angel. She will never be forgot, I love her so much.
I wanted to thank all of you ladies for your thoughts and prayers, I will try to keep in touch, I think of all of you ladies as my family. Even know we have never met, you all are there for me. Thanks again and GOD bless

I had been having contraction on and off for about a week, but no further dilation. It was sunday and I hadn't had a contraction all day, which was a change because I had been having them all weekend. I was helping out with my son's Cub Scout even at our church, the PineWood Derby I was the score keeper, the races were done around 3:30 and around 3:30 I started to have very strong contractions, by 3:45, I was doubled over in pain. I told my mother (who was there helping too) that I was going to go to the hospital to get checked out, so she kept my 2 older children with her. I drove home and told my hubby to get the baby (my 10 month old) dressed, because I need to go get checked out. So we dropped him off at my parent's house with my dad and drove in a blizzard to the hospital. We got to the hospital at 4:05pm they got me a room and I got undressed and in bed and at about 4:25 they checked me and I was 9+ dilated and contractions were about 2 mins apart. They called the doctor to break my water and they said the baby would be here soon. I was very shocked because the contractions weren't bad at all. So at 4:49 the doctor came in and broke my water, but when he broke my water the baby flowed out with my water. I didn't even push, she was born at 4:50pm. She was born at 36 weeks, but was only 1 day short of being 37 weeks, she scored 9 on her apgars and is a little jaundice, but does not need any further treatment. We were in the hospital until Tuesday and were able to go home together. I am so blessed. size='1'>**I lost all my other updates**
Welcoming our baby girl Feb. 11thThis is baby #4 for me! I have an 8 yr old son, a 5 yr old daughter and an 8 month old son. This pregnancy has been a little rough for me, I think it's because I just had a baby 8 months ago in March. It's just I feel so drained and by body is always aching. But I am blessed with 3 great kids and I am soooo excited about our new addition. CONGRATS to all the mommies out there
