Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

Having a baby boy. Hopefully soon lol..............The membrane sweep didn't hurt too bad it was uncomfortable and my dr. said I was a tough cookie so maybe for some women it hurts worse. Anyways I'm not in labor yet so who knows if it did anything. How are you doing ? Boy or girl?

no it is not safe to take advil. Tylenol only. i'd say if you don't have any than try to sleep your headache off. Not much more you can do. Maybe take a shower?

They don't count the day your due as one of the days. Your site says 10days. I anxious to - I'm counting down and getting more uncomfortable as the day nears.

I've struggled with yeast infections during this entire pregnancy! I had nothing like this with my son, but I'm pregnant with a girl this time and our hormones are clashing apparently. The doc said that her female hormones are giving me yeast infections. I've been using Monistat (they recommended the 7 day, not 3 day) for me, and I know I have another one but I'm waiting to use my prescription one for about another week. I have a feeling I'll get another one before she's born and don't want any effects on her. But...yes I've been treated for the past 9 months so I would go ahead and try to get it cleared up. Best of luck...and I LOVE your picture with the flower. That's so cute!

treat the yeast infection now or you may have to deal with your baby having thrush. (mouth yeast infection) It's not a big deal, but annoying.

Dont worry, I went to the doc yesterday and she said the baby is so low and i might not make it through the weekend............i was thinking.....huh? I have had no contractions at all and i keep waiting for some kind of sign to prove my doctor is right, i have smallpins down by my pelvic bone but that is it, i wonder i iam ready to deliver, shouldnt i feel like it? u r not alone. as far as i know ,a contraction is a tight feeling that spreads sometimes from your back to your front? keep me posted

i know how you feel, they told me wayy back in december that they were only 70% sure i was having a girl. ive always been skeptical that it could be a boy! I Just want another ultrasound to find out...its been so long!! :)

I have the same exact fear! I was told during my 20 week ultrasound that I'm having a girl so we've got a completely decked-out PINK room and clothes for her. I'm so scared that she's going to come out a HE!!!

I read your post on the 34th week wall about being scared for labour and the baby finnally arriving. And don't worry! i feel the exact same was as you :) i am terrified, i haven't even ever change a diaper in my life or been around babies alot, it does seem so unreal that i just over a month we will have one of our own. I am very ready for our son to be born, i can not wait to meet him and start our life together raising him. I just hope i can do a great job, i do imagine like you said that it just comes natural. We will just know what to do when it happens! just like our body knows what it's doing to go through labour :) so don't feel alone and don't worry. You'll be an awesome mom!

you are so not alone! i'm freaked out! This is my 2nd child but there is a 10 year gap. I feel like this is my first and I'm so scared about everything! Knowing if I'll recognize real contractions, when/where will my water break, etc. I sooooo feel your pain right now!

Hiya dont worry, its true it really does come naturally. I had my first when i was 29 and swore I'd never have kids, I wouldnt even hold babies for my family. The night my daughter was born she lay in my arms and looked at me with this look like she was totally in love with me. I started crying and telling her what a good Mommy I was going to be! I couldnt believe it. Think how much you love your nephews or neices and times that by a thousand and thats how you feel about your baby. Me that never wanted kids, I couldnt wait to have another one. You'll be great, honest!! x
