Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

yeah, i have been having a tough time with the swelling. my hands are just fat, but my feet are so bloated they actually hurt. i can't figure out anything to do except keep them up, which can be rather difficult when you have things to do. sorry, i wish i had advice for you. but i do have sympathy!

I am not sure, but I have been to labor and delivery twice now and every time it was a waste! I called in before going and because you cannot determine anything over the phone, they had me come in. I got there and the first time I was just dehydrated, baby was fine but having BH contractions so they just rehydrated me. Then the second time it was nothing. I would say dont go to the hosp unless there is one big main concern, like feeling dizzy, contractions every 5-7 min, blood, or any type of abnormal fluid. Otherwise you go, and they make you feel bad for wasting their time :( BUT you know your own body and if you decide to call in, they will most likely tell you to come in. It doesnt hurt, it is your babys LIFE! That is what I kept telling myself because I felt bad.... NOW I wont go unless I am on the floor practically dying or my water breaks... I have learned that this last stage of pregnancy hurts. just make sure to drink a lot of water, take a tylenol and if all else fails or if you have one of the above symptoms, go in. Hope you feel better
Casey

Congrats! Don't worry about labor unless you are planning on going natural. I have had 2 daughters and with an epi it was wonderful! Make sure you like your nurses and doctor and then everything should go really well!!
