Okay, so I felt the baby move!!! Yay! I am so excited ... but tomorrow is our hi-def ultrasound to see if the baby has Down's or some other defect. We tested abnormal on the four marker screen ... I am really worried

So the doctor called me the other day and told me that my blood screen had been done using the wrong due date, meaning that when they re-did it, There was no abnormalities at all!! The baby is fine, thank god. I have been feeling he/she move around a lot more, often times right on top of my bladder, lol! SO, I am super excited about this pregnancy, and for this wonderful little life to come out of me.
Jesse, my DH-to-be, is so wonderful! I have been wanting my own dog for a long time now; I have never had one other than his dog, but it's his, you know? So a few days before Valentine's Day, I came home to the cutest little Black Lab puppy! I named him Lancelot, and he is tooooo funny! This is just about the right time for a new puppy, because by the time the baby is born, he will be trained and (hopefully) baby-ready.
In other news, we are going to be moving really soon to when the baby is due; our lease is up in June, and we are not renewing it. Jesse's cousin lives with us in our teeny little two-bedroom single-wide trailor, and there is just NOT enough room. I hate being poor.

Ultrasound!! Okay, so this might sound weird, but Jesse(DH-to-be) now knows the sex of the baby ... and I don't. He wanted to know, but I want to wait. Argh, this is gonna be difficult. Not him keeping the secret, he's good at surprises and stuff like that, but me not knowing and he does ... well, it's gonna drive me nuts. I've already tried to persuade him to tell me ... *blushes sheepishly* Hey, who wouldn't test the cracking under pressure bit? And my mother has bet me a hundred dollars that by the end of this pregnancy he will slip up and I will find out. I think he won't. On the plus, side, he's not allowed to tell anyone else the sex, so I won't be all frustrated knowing that everyone knows BUT me. Lol. So, anyways, the ultrasound went great, we got some great pics, which are being posted as soon as I finish this. Our baby is so sweet and that happy little heart was just a-beatin' away! It was so awesome seeing that little person inside me .. and he/she kicked me during the ultrasound, and I could see and feel the little guy/girl. It was great to see him/her moving around so much, but weird that he/she does so much more than I can feel! Anyways, I'm off to bed, gotta get up early in the mornin' for work. 'Night everyone!

Jesse hadn't yet felt the baby move, so last night when our little one was feeling especially active(right when we were going to bed, of course) I had him turn on the light to see if we could watch the movements. Now, I hadn't yet seen my belly move, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It was amazing!! There I was, laying down with my hand on my belly, waiting for those little kicks and squirms, and all of a sudden, my tummy JUMPED!! It was so cool and we watched for a few more minutes before he/she stopped. Then Jesse decided to poke at me to encourage our little one's activity. And they poked back!!!!! It was wonderful; I couldn't stop grinning and neither could he!
