May 7
Been sick, but feeling almost alive today. I have seen the bean alot on ultrasound but it wont sit still to see the gender. We are hoping to see the sex at the end of this month.

April 16
Went to the doctor today due to spotting. Saw the bean via u/s. It was very reassuring to see the heartbeat. Everything looked great, I just cant do as much as I have been doing. If only I had enough money to hire a maid, a nanny, a chef, etc etc

April 15
I am doing ok. Wondering if we are having another boy. I have to wait until the beginning of the month for my next ultrasound to find out. I am so impatient!
I am also having vivid dreams. Not all of them are good, some are scary! I could live without those.

April 8
I went for my ultrasound today. I saw our little bean. Feeling pretty good lately.

March 20
This morning I felt like crud. Didnt matter that I ate as soon as I got up, I still couldnt leave the bathroom for what seemed like forever. There goes my saying that I had no symptoms!
Then I couldnt stay awake. Which isnt great since I had to bring the 5 yr old to school and still take care of a 2 yr old all day. It's pretty bad when you dont have any family around to help. But I survived and feel better now. The only thing that made me not fall back into bed..me telling myself over and over, the end result is worth it..another little baby...

March 17
We told a few people this past weekend. It was nice to finally share our happiness. We still havent told the in-laws yet though. We are waiting until later to do that.
I realized I cant button my jeans lately! I am not 6 weeks yet! Already I am showing! I still dont have a lot of symptoms but I think I should be happy about that.

March 14
I am still not having many symptoms like with the other two. Little nerve whacking. I am tired though. After lunch I can barely keep my eyes open. And I want to eat everything in sight. We still havent told many people about our little bean. I think both of us are still in shock.

March 13
We just found out I am 5 weeks pregnant with our newest little bean. Little nervous, very happy!

We can't wait to find out if it will be another boy or a little girl this time.

Thank you, got the results back from the blood work, everything is good. They said my bleeding maybe something called, implantation bleeding and is normal, they said it could last 9 weeks, so I guess if that is all it is and its normal, I'm okay. They did the u/a early because I found out so early and didnt know when my last period was. I go back for another one on the 3rd of april, hopefully they will see the baby, I should be 7 weeks and 4 days then. Good luck to you. Glad to know I am not the only 38 year old doing this, soon to be 39 my goodness, I must be crazy.

Hi,thanks for the well wishes and congrats to you! I never really had any morning sickness that I really remember,but I didn't even know that I was pregnant till mid Feb when I took a HPT,then I still didn't believe it because of my age and I was never able to get pregnant before. I do remember the first few weeks of Jan. I would have to get up early for work and several days I didn't feel real good but I just thought it was lack of sleep and being tired and at the time I had changed shifts at where I work. I was going from 2nd shift to 1st shift and I had a hard time adjusting because I had worked a 2nd shift job forever and my body didn't like waking up that early. So,I thought that me feeling not good for a few weeks was due to the sudden change of shifts at my job. So,here I am now 18 weeks along and having a little boy,we found out march 19th. We are so excitied and I believe it was a miracle that I was able to get pregnant.

It's nice to hear that you don't have tons of symptoms yet either. I told the nurse yesterday, 'I'm not having any morning sickness yet!!!!???' and she just laughed and said, 'And you're complaining?!?!' I just want some signs that everything is as it should be. I hear ya about the waistline though, I am just getting fat I think! I think my breasts are getting a little bigger but they're not horribly sore. Is that normal? I can't wait to get an ultrasound! Boy do I have to pee a lot though!!!

Hi there! I am at the same stage as you. We told my parents last night and the in laws are finding out at the easter celebrations! How does it feel to wait a whole nine months for this to happen? It seems like forever!

Hi, thanks for advice about travel. It is a good idea to discuss backup plan with my ObGyn, I will do it. I decided, let my husband book room for two and if I won't feel good and won't be able o join him, he just will go alone and try to keep his absence short.

Hey thnx for the reply at least theres one person that dont moan lol the dr and paremdics told the parents it could be the measals or menigitus which both are contagous and i cant avoid them but i cant do anything im just worried and congrats on ur preg
