A bit about me!:

An import from the UK, its kinda weird to be pregnant and away from all my friends and family. Im lucky enough to have an amazing husband and his family are really supportive! I actually think my inlaws are more excited then us! j/k

I've been lucky enough to make some awesome friends during this time who have been super lovely!I love how pregnancy brings people together.

And i love talking to people on here.

Im really excited to be pregnant, its my first time and i find the whole thing fasinating! I cant wait to go from week to week and see my tummy grow!

I look forward to making some new friends and living this miracle with all you other expectant mothers!

Hi ladies how are you all doing ? i have been sick with a cold and maddi has a cold that hasn't gone away yet i feel so yucky . i wanted to let you all know i have not forgotten about none of you . my doctor wants when i come in on monday to get the h1n1 shot i don't really want to take it since they don't know much about the side affects of it but i want to do what's right for me and my little girl . is scarey been sick and having to worried every time what if i have the swine flu as i know it could be deadly what is the right thing to do ? i am unsure of that . if any of you ladies have gotten it or haven't please i need your input . i haven't gotten my kids the shot of the same reason . other then that things are o.k i will update on monday about what my doctor say's about the placenta previa . i hope you ladies are doing well .

so i started mischa on ceral when she started food but she got so attached to them that she hated anything savory...but i really wanted to get her into dinners..so i found a few recipes online..i made (sweet potatoe with pasta onion apple and garlic) and omg she wolfs it down i was so surprised and delighted then i made another and added chicken and she loveds thats too. i was so proud. now she eats 3 times a day . for breakie 7 cerals(full of oats and stuff) lunch and dinner i give her the chicken dinner and she loves it, she will also have about3-4 bottles a day and 1 at night...lol my baby girl loves her food just like her mammy. can ye let me know of any recipes for dinners which work for ye? thanks

Hey everyone Sadie went to her 6 month check up and is very healthy! though she is only a little one lol she weighs 13.6 and 24 inches long. i asked if that alright and he said she is growing and healthy so he doesn't have a concern. She got 3 shots and I also got her the H1N1. which leads me to this question...Do you think it was the right thing to get her the H1N1??? lots of people i've talked to said they didn't think it was, but i want my baby girl to be healthy. soo if you can voice your comments that would be great :) Take care!!

Rayan's top teeth are coming through already he is only 5 and a half months old and he has both his bottom teeth fully through and both his tops ones cutting through omg! he keeps sucking his top lip does that have something to do with his teeth?

when I was pregnant with amani i only gained 8 lbs during my whole pregnany! I think it will be very different thios time!!!im hungry last time i could not stand to eat!!! and i crave meat!!!! yestartday i ate a t-bone steak and i want another one! i think i will make one when i get home in the morning im at work!!! what do i do!! i dont want to get as big as a house!!! but i keep wanting meat and beans alot of things with protein!! could this be aboy!!! those with boys what did you crave

Amani's personality was starting to change about a week ago for the worse!!! lol she started to scream all the time she was acting very spoiled like. She always wants something in her mouth like a growup I went out to eat one day just me and her and she just kept on! she would scream and i would have to put something in her mouth and she would stop and we kept going through this , i was at mexican restuarant so finally i took a tortilla rolled it up and gave it to her because people kept looking at us and she stopped she started to act like she was really eating it! putting it in her mouth acting like she actually took a bite then she even made chewing movements!!!! very funny. well finally today i started giving her baby food in the morning and can you beleive it I think my poor baby has been starving to death... she ate the food and slept from 11am to 5pm!!!!! last week i could not get her to take one nap at all!!! she has been eating baby food but only during dinner so i guess my baby is growing up she need to eat breakfast too!!!! i feel bad!!! how long was my poor baby starving !!!! she is in love with food!!! if we are eating and she is close to food she snatches it so fast! and she wants what ever we eating the other day i had to give her a chicken drum to keep her from screaming she just sucked on it!!!! anybody elses babys trying to be grow and eat big food!! do you think she is acting like this becuase I have a baby on the way?

ps she has a tooth coming in i can feel it so maybe that is why she screams too. but i really think it is the food thing why she is a screaming baby!

SADIE GOT HER FIRST TOOTH :D AND SAID HER FIRST WORDS lol. She first said DaDa and it made her daddys day then around an hour or so later she said mama and i started to cry :) i was so excited!! she will 6months on the 8th and is growing so fast.
