Yeah I hear yeah about wanting to be finished. There are times when I REALLY luv being pregnant, feeling those baby kicks and turns are amazing, and yet I would love to sit back with the girlfriends and have a glass of wine. I could do without the daily heartburn too lol. I am excited none the less! My ultrasound was amazing. I got to see the baby in 4D. She was sucking her thumb, sticking out her tongue and really moving her mouth a lot. I don't know if she was drinking the fluid or something. It was sooo amazing :)

Pregnancy calls for some major adjustments!!

My pregnancy has been so smooth! In the beginning, I had a tiny bout of morning sickness, then a little heartburn phase, and then a little headache phase. But that was all in the 1st trimester. The baby has been moving like crazy and I am so in love!! Tomorrow is my ultrasound!! I am so sure it's a boy, but you never know! I love being pregnant and I can't wait to have the little critter! haha

Other than the whole digestive issue, how is yours going? I haven't looked at your page yet...is this your first baby?

I have my last final tomarrow night, the one i dread the most, western world literature 1.....puke. After that i am done though. Yes, i am taking off for the summer from school and as far as work goes, i will be off basically whenever i ask the doctor to take me off. I am a van driver for a pediatric day clinic. I will be out in the heat loading children into car seats all summer. So when ever i decide that it is too hot and i am to big to be climbing around in that van is when i'll have the doctor take me off. I don't guess they can say a whole lot if it's doctor's orders u know? Without insurance i should get 6 weeks off after the baby, and thats ok cuz i am taking next semester off from school so i think i can handle working part time. Anyway....I am very much so enjoying being preggo! Of course it's not hot yet either lol! She is mostly active after i eat and when i lay down at night....so she's a pig and lazy like me, just kidding!! ok, gonna go get a shower and lie down i am pooped from studying tonight....have a great day!

I feel the same way after I eat too, you're not alone. I look much bigger, and sometimes I hurt a little after a meal and it's not that i'm eating a large amount or anything. I guess our stomachs don't have that much room anymore to expand like it used to. Maybe try smaller snacks when you are hungry instead of meals. It's what i've been trying to do and it's helped.

i feel exactly the same way after i eat. and the funny thing is I can tell later I'm hungry but I dont' want to eat anymore because I'm so full and bloated, it's uncomfortable to sit, and stand, and just everything. it's really kind of annoying, you know?

About feeling so full: From what I've read, I believe that you feel this way because your whole digestive system slows down dramatically during pregnancy due to the hormonal changes. This also gives baby enough time to pull the nutrients and stuff from what you ate. I used to be like that too, so I had to eat smaller portions in order to avoid feeling miserable!! Good luck!

I have been feeling the same way. I dont want to do anything after I eat because I feel so sick and full. Its not really a pain but a huge discomfort. Hopefully it will go away eventually.

I am sorry to hear you've been sick, yuck!!! I am also very happy to hear that the fluid levels are good with you! That is such a relief to u i know! If we did relocate it would only be about 1 hr away. I would like to be far enough but close enough to family if you know what i mean. I don't want them over all the time, but would like to be able to come see them for the weekends. Anyway, David and i like the name Molly, what do you think?

Just got back from the doctor and I gained 8 lbs in 5 weks lol. yikes. Oh well, so much for not gaining weight. Thats all that I've gained so far in total so I guess it could be worse. I just found out that I get my ultrasound on the 14th of may, the day before my daughters birthday! Too excited I AM!!!! How have you been feeling? Any better?

Sorry to hear that you've been sick, what did the doctor say? Is the baby boy moving a lot now? I know mine is, i can tell now when she is sleeping or awake, it's really cool. It seems like i notice more with this pregnancy than i did with laney. Anyway...ready to be done with school and work, and not ready for the hot arkansas summer:( It gets so freakin humid down here you can't breathe! I keep trying to get my hubby to move but he grew up here so he wants to stay pretty close. I have moved all my life and am ready to go!! lol talk to you later!

I don't know when i'll find out. My next prenatal is on wednesday and he probably ok an ultrasound then, i guess. So probably next week sometime :). I also worry about my daughter and how things will change as well. I always tell her 'you are my favourite girl' and now i'm thinking i better watch what I say in case I have another girl :S. I think that she will be amazing with the new baby. She will be 5 in 2 weeks and she acts like a little mommy already with her dolls, and she seems excited to help. She says "Mommy, I'm gunna help feed the baby and rock it to sleep and even change the diapers, even if they are stinky" lol. So i'm kinda glad that is older and can understand more about what is going on. At first I was thinking that it would have been better to have them closer in age, but I guess there are benefits to both.

Hey! Just checking in on ya! I went to the doctor yesterday and everything is good. Heartbeat 160's, and she had to chase her down to even get it lol! My test for downs came back negative, and i do the glucose test next time. I also asked her about the u/s b/c my tech didn't tell me how long she was or how much she weighed. She looked and said she weighed 14 ozs! She couldn't find out how long she was tho. It just blew me away b/c she is almost a pound!!! Wow, this is all going too fast lol. Anyway, holller at me soon....have a great day!

Hey! They moved my date b/c of how the baby measured i think. When i had my 9 wk u/s they told me sept 5th and now it's the 7th. By my period it's the 12th......it confuses me but it's all in the same week so it's all good. Please let me know what you are having when you get home! It seems to me everyone on here is having boys! lol good luck!!!

Yah tiger lilies, I am from Arkansas...my husband is mowing as i type lol. I went for my u/s today and had the doc put the results in an envelope, we are having a bbq tonight to see what we are having with everyone here! i am the oldest of 5 kids and my mom had my youngest brother at 34 so i remember my mom being miserable with him too...but just try your hardest to enjoy it! It is hard going to school, chasing her, and being preggo, but i have to do what i have to do for my family and my own goals too...believe me, there are days i wanna give up! I am going to school to be a licensed clinical social worker...want to work at a pediatric day clinic and basically be a counselor to the kids and their parents....try to get their parents to give them a better life you know? Anyway....19 weeks today and feel huge!! lol CANNOT believe i am 1 week away from 20 weeks! That seems like a big milestone to me..halfway! I'm gonna go get outside, 75 is the high today and i have some tiger lilies that are already overgrown with weeds so i guess i'll tackle that today and then go to class! have a good day ttys!

Hey! No i didn't have an epidural with my first, all natural :S not even gas lol. I had no time for anything. I got to the hospital at 3:00 and she was born at 3:33. I was literally pushing in the elevator on the way up to the mat. ward. Scary cause I hear that your second is usually faster :S. Anyways, my back has felt a little better the last few days. I seems to go on and off again. I go for a prenatal at the end of this month and i'm sure that he'll schedule me for an ultrasound then, so i guess i'm looking at maybe the first week in may before i find out what i am having. Let me know what happens at your appt. It is sooo exciting!!!
