Our son, Beckett Robert, finally arrived on February 5, 2008, at 11:37 p.m., weighing in at 7 lbs 4 oz and 21 (ouch) inches long! Yaaaay!

Wow, Beckett is now five months old... and we can hardly believe it :) He's very active, starting to sit up by himself, and in 6-12 month clothes.

He's also beginning to experiment (with mommy) with solids. Cereals and fruits are a big hit, but the jury's still out on vegetables like peas.

Thanks, I had a terrible day yesterday, I snapped at Eddie and told him to eff off which I never do, we rarely say a bad word ... he understands though and took the day off work today to help me out today! I have decided I cannot let Caden cry like that again even if I am there patting him, it was awful! I have decided to take a gentler approach and I have Eddie on board to help me now. It's just getting too much cos he's waking every hour, don't know if it's his teeth or he's just waking to comfort suck or what.

I loved the montage of Beckett with his peas, that is a pisser!!

Thanks for the response. I was pretty pissed off about it. She tried contancting me for days finally I talked to her and told her that I didn't appreciate what she had said and she apologized, she said she didn't mean it that it just came out that way. Well, I still told her that the only person that could say things like that about Kaylee was me.

Hi there, thank you so much for your message. last night was the worse night, she woke up 7 times and not sleeping after 3:30 and my husband and I tried to put her in sleep till 5 in the morning and we did bring her in our bed and first I gave her some milk then we tried pacifier. I have tried giving her pacifier but she will not go to sleep even after sucking for more than an hour. as soon as the pacifier fell off she scream so bad. I really don't know this is something I have done, because she was sleeping on her own and sleeping very well (9 pm till 5 am then with some milk she was back to sleep till 7am) during the day she was taking more than 30 mints nap. now it is just 20-30 mints. I don't know if she wakes up after 20-30 mints I have to help her to get sleep more or not ;( I tried both but no improve, just getting worse. I don't know if she wakes up at 3:00 am should I not try to put her back to sleep;( OH, I love to see those moments again when she was closing her eyes and in a second was sleeping and it was so sweet and no crying at all. some times she cries for less than a mint and all day I have headache ;-( the hard part for me is when I don't know what to do and what is right or wrong. I really want these times pass by so fast and get over with this kind of problems. Anyways thank you so much for you message again, I saw your beautiful pictures and he is so cute

I think it might be a broken blood vessel but I can't understand why that would happen and why it is where it is. It looks like a purple tear drop coming out of the corner of the outside of my eye, it's weird. Thanks for writing me back though.

Thanks for letting me know that what my Ped "prescribed' is normal. I have no problem with it, just thought most peds didn't break it up like that. I was under the impression that you can give your baby cereal, veggies, fruit anytime as long as you wait a few days in between introducing them. I just wan't expecting such a long timeline before being able to try fruits and veggies. I guess I will go buy some other types of cereal for this month! I was looking forward to trying fruit, but guess I have to wait til next month
