Hea ladies well it is Friday!!!!!!! If I don't get to talk to you have a lovely weekend. Just a thought but we should all do something for outselves this weekend. Do something girlie like our hair, nails, have a massage etc because before we know it we'll have a little one and won't have time to brush our teeth never mind pamper ourselves!!!! Ha ha. just wanted to say Congrats on the pregnancy! How are you feeling? I noticed you were living in Dublin. Were you raised there? My grandparents on my mothers' side came from Ireland - county monihan, I think. It is nice to meet you. I live in Massachusetts and am having my third baby in Sept. Have a girl 8 and a boy 5 right now. Hope to hear from you.

hello, i am doing well, everything is progressing as it should. i have my next scan on the 29th where i will be able to tell the sex. i think its a boy though. how are things going with you?

Hi all. Just saying hi. I'm in week 17 now - will be exactly 17 weeks on Friday. Just when I thought I'd turned a corner with the nausea, it came back. It's still there but much better than it was. I'm still anxious and I think that will probably be the case for the rest of the pregnancy. I had a really stressful day at work today and felt a sharp pain in my side as if the baby did not appreciate the stress. I find my energy is back again and I'm trying to do some exercise like swimming/walking or yoga. How's everyone else at 17 weeks doing? K

Hi there. I'm just looking for a bit of advice. I'm ten weeks and the nausea has been pretty bad up to now. But just this last two days it's got worse and last night I was up every hour on the hour feeling sick but didn't actually get sick. I'm a bit concernned that this is odd as I thought the nausea should be easing. I've had kind of bad cramps today too. Anybody got any advice. Thanks

i too had a little bit of spotting last week, on wednesday. it was just once. i had my second dr apt today and he assured me it was ok explaining that as long as it stopeed it is normal due to the increased blood flow. i have had upper and lower abdomenal cramping...twinges etc that is also normal as the uterus is just expanding. good luck and stay in touch.

i know how you feel. a bit of bleeding (light) is ok I had bleeding at week 6 and panicked and went to casulty. i had a scan and they confirmed all was ok. from time to time i get some pains as well. i have been told it is to do with your uterus expanding. also if this would have been around the time you would have taken AF apparently you may get pains you would normally associate with that time of month. nice to see someone from Dublin. I live up North. take care.
