This is my 20 week scan and the 2 below were taken at 9 weeks. Its a boy, found out at my 20 week scan but it was quite clear even at 9 weeks. I'm feeling really tired during this pregnancy but it is going pretty fast!

I'm really rubbish at this editing my page thing lol. I'm now 30 weeks and i have to say i am not very happy with the level of care I've recieved at all. it seems that in america your level of care is so much better. I have SPD, which admittedly was a lot worse with my first pregnancy. I had an emergency C- section, also they are basically leaving me to give birth naturally which i am very anxious about. I am going to weigh up the pros and cons within the next few weeks and be really forceful for an elected c-section/ or go a head and give birth naturally. Whichever i feel will be safest and best for the baby and me.

I'm getting excited now and bigger! Baby isn't as active as my little girl was which sometimes worries me but he wakes me up enough during the night already lol. My little girl is starting to hug my belly which is sweet.

38 weeks, getting my c-section in 9 days time 22nd october. I had to really push the consultant at the hospital to get it. The baby still isn't in the right position for birth and I've been getting pain in my previous c-section scar. I am dissapointed because part of me wants to give birth naturally but the other part of me knows that things are not looking like that will happen and i have to put the safety of my little man first. I am not looking forward to the recovery from the c-section as i know it can take a long time.

21.10.07 Well, I'm going in tomorrow for my c-section. Quite nervous and excited about seeing my little boy.

I had my c-section. I don't know what is happening with this page but I put up a profile and birth story for my little boy Jacob, the first one has got his birthday wrong and i can't figure out how to edit it lol. I'm even confusing myself!!!!

Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi, not long to go for us now WOW! the SPD is much better thanks, i thought it might just keep getting worse as my bump got massive lol, but its eased alot, i see my consultant again in a couple of weeks for him to see if i could be induced because of the spd and babys size, but im not sure i want to be now with feeling better, il see what he says. How r u, do you know if your going to try for a natural delivery?, r u still feeling really shatterd, im trying to get as much rest as possible, but ive had loads of catching up to do, ive been nesting none stop, never loved sorting, tidying & washing so much :) trying to train my youngest to help tidy up after herself is seeming more difficult than i thought hehe. do you knw if your little man has turned to the right possition yet? my little girl is still measuring 2 weeks big, i dont feel like il go early though, i just think she`l be a chubby one. take care hope the time flys for us both :) x

Hi. They induced me too at 37weeks when i could stand the pain no more. The midwives were great but were saying things like 'u should'nt even be here. they should be giving you a c-section. how are we supposed to deliver you when your legs have to stay tied together (doctors instructions)?' It didn't fill me with confidence when even the midwives were'nt sure what to do. I think this time round i'll be a lot more forcefull in having a say about what happens. x

Hi Katie. I suffered with SPD with my first pregnancy too. It was horrendous. I spent the last 6weeks in a wheelchair with my husband having to do everything for me. The level of care i got was not great. They made me have a natural delivery with my legs tied together (not so natural, i know) with an epidural cause in the words of the doctor 'u'll proberly end up with an emergency c-section'. Everything about the labour and birth was everything i didn't want. I'm now 13weeks pregnant and at the moment i'm only getting little twinges but they've said i'll proberly suffer quite badly again and i'm determined not to have the same experience that i had last time. Good luck with everything x

Katie I know you're not being a bitter ex. You are being a responsible and loving mum who is protectin her girl.Don't you worry about it, you sound like a great mama. Let me know how it goes. x

Hi, I'm 36 weeks and my little girl is still breech as well!

pixiered - Sunday, 9 Sep
Hi Katie, sorry to hear about your ex. All you can do is try take it one day at a time and try to ignore all you can. You have a loving partner now and a gorgeous little girl and a baby on the way. Don't let your ex bring you down. He's prob only threatenin to go to court. Call his bluff. If the english court system is anything like the irsh system it will take a bloody long time. Good luck with everything. Stay strong girl. x

clare76 - Thursday, 23 Aug
hi katie, well its all been happening this week, they took me into the maternity ward tuesday to see a Dr, who diagnosed me SPD, they gave me painkillers and kept me in overnight for observation. theyve refered me urgently to a physio and ive got regular appointments at the day unit in the hospital, i also see my consultant on tues instead of waiting until the end of september. so releved they took me seriously, the painkillers are taking the edge off so i can get out of bed and walk around more comfortably. thanks so much for your comments. hows everything with you and your little bundle, my daughters hug n kiss my belly to, its so cute to see them bonding with your bump : )

clare76 - Monday, 20 Aug
i had an emergency c-section with my 1st because i wasnt dilated enough and a natural with a little help from the vontous with my 2nd. im going to ring up this morning, carnt wait another day with this pain, my partners just had to literaly get me out of bed, think he may have to have some time off, its a real disability. but apart from all the moaning im really happy im pregnant its all worth it!
