March 14- 1st Dr appt did ultrasound and baby looks great (7weeks)
April 9- 2nd Dr Appt. Ultrasound showed a tumor on left Ovary (10 1/2 weeks)
April 14- 3rd Dr Appt in Madison with Cancer Specialist... Tumor found to be a benign cyst
May 15- 4th Dr Appt heard baby heartbeat she was so active(16 weeks)
June 17- 5th Dr Appt. ITS A GIRL!
July 15- 6th Dr Appt. Everything Fine Gained 5.5 lbs. (24 weeks and 4days)
Aug 13 7th Dr Appt. Gained another 6 lbs. Total weight 183lbs (28 wks and 5days)
OUR STRUGGLES!!!
No one understands how hard it is to lose a child yet alone 2. I was 23 weeks pregnant with my 1st child when my Dr told me that the baby had a heartbeat of 300. He prescribed me some medication to slow the heart down. He did this on Jan 1 2007. On Jan 3 I didnt feel my baby moving at all. I went to the Dr and they said they couldnt find a heartbeat. Labor was induced. I was also drugged up but no amount of drugs could take away the pain I felt in my heart. The look on my boyfriend's face was unbearable. I know he questioned God and was wondering if there was anything that I could have done to stop this. I got the urge to push at 7:32 am on Jan 5. I delivered my baby boy. For a split Second I thought I heard my baby cry but really it was my boyfriend and me. The part that hurts me the most is the "WHAT IF" what if I hadnt taken the meds to slow the heartbeat. Would my baby me here? I questioned God for the longest and it wasnt until my 2nd pregnancy that I found faith again. I became pregnant in Aug of 2007. The ironic part about it was the fact that I found out on Aug 23, which is the exact day that I found out I was pregnant with my first son. I thought it was a sign from God. On Oct 22 I started having contractions at 12weeks pregnant. I went to the E.R and they assured me everything was fine. I followed up with my Dr on Oct 23th. Same story everything fine even though I had light bleeding. On Oct 24 my water broke while I was at home in bed. It was the scariest feeling in the world because I felt it and I knew what was happening. At 5:35 in the morning I delivered my 2nd baby boy. Once again the look on my fiance's face was pure pain!! I lost faith again until I found out I was pregnant again this time.God works in mysterious ways and I was wrong to ever question him. I am now 24 weeks and 5 days pregnant with a little girl.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Im sending a general message to everyone cause im so exhausted and cant sit infront of this computer! lol Im doing good though. I cant believe im 31 weeks. feels like just yesterday i was dying to know what sex my baby was, now im ready for him to just come out. I have to admitt I dont like being pregnant i know labor id tough but i think id rather just go straight to that! lol

Hi, I read your post about the marginal previa and thought I would offer my support and "expertise". I read your story when I got to your profile page and I am so sorry (you brought tears to my eyes) so I understand even more why you would be so worried. Just so you know...I found out at 14 weeks that I have placenta previa. I did the same as you and looked it up and freaked out...I did have to go off work and was told to take it easy, NO heavy lifting and no sex. As long as you relax and do those two things, usually it's not a problem. Also marginal previa is actually better because it just means that the placenta is low and close to the cervix, not covering. Mine has actually moved up a bit and is now marginal previa...they said now it is not a concern and I don't need a c-section... nothing to really worry about. My dr. said it's not how far from the opening of the cervix it is, it's the fact that it's not covering it. Hope that makes you feel better and let me know if you have any questions...I will try my best to answer....My thoughts are with you and remember less worry is less stress for baby :)

I think you need to have a private chat with your supervisor. Explain to her (very calmly) that you are sorry you were insubordinate, but that you got your back up by being yelled at infront of people (btw that is totally unacceptable as a supervisor - i am one and i know, but you don't have to mention that part lol). Tell her that you are slightly hormonal and take things more personally now than you would have before, because you can't help having to pee more with the baby sitting on your bladder. Tell her it won't happen again, but that if she has a problem with you from now on, could she speak to you in private and not yell. Explain to her that the yelling is not really appropriate. You may want to do this with another supervisor in the room (to cover your ass).

i am sitting here reading your post, i am glad to see your passion in god, and threw your struggles came more faith, losses are never easy let alone two and no one can feel the pain you and your man felt, believe me we loss one and with this one i swear i am parnoid about everything, even at 32 weeks pregrant i still worry, but i also know gods right about everything, so never lose that faith:) keep me posted with how your doing, i care about you ladies and what updates :)))

I am not sure you owe and apologize, but heres my thought pregrant women are protected under a certain policy, look it up and you have rights, on the other hand the easiest thing to do is get yourself together, ( i know your hurt by this lady i would be too) walk back into the office ask to speak with her and explain why you did what you did, tell her that you've never been a problem and that your just having a bad day, if you do apologize i think she would do the same. There are strict rules to unemployment. I think you'll be find good luck~

Katie - It looks like you working for a real b@&*h and as she knows you are pregnant she should be more understanding, I were you I would suck it up and apologise - so that you can go back to work and not get fired for insubordintation and then in the meantime see if you can find another job once the baby is here. kattie, congratulations on your pregnancy. remember GOD is good all the time and he will give you the desires of your heart. He also allows us to go through things so that we can learn from them for example humblness, to praise him and so forth.
