Well what to say here....well I am a mother of 1 and a half. My pregnancy with Cole was pretty easy except for gall bladder troubles. My labor was even easier lasting 5 hours from start to finish. :) It started at 10:45 and I got my epidural at 1am and Cole came at 4:21 after 21 mins of pushing. Can't ask for more than that! I also have a step son named Jake that doesn't live with us but is still certainly part of my family. Life is good.

hey i saw your post... my daughter threw up and got constipated while on apple products, like apple juice and apple sauce so we stopped. i would def stop giving him that food and see whar happens... itsnot worth it to keep giving it to him. i hope he feels better and take care! hes real cute!

jen - 42.7 hours ago
No problem....I would just give him other foods for the time being, ones he had no reaction to. Sometimes their bods just aren't ready to handle certain things, then a few weeks down the road, they do just fine with them. Good luck and your boy is sooooo cute!

Any reaction from food just means stop giving him that kind for a while. I don't believe that food would cause a runny nose, but it could cause loose poo which would give him a rash on his bum. I would lay off the peas, then try them again in a month or so. My son got loose poos from peas too, but now he loves them and has no reaction to them!

Isaac started to get on all fours just before he turned 5 months, was commando crawling at 5 months 1 week, and started standing up just before 6 months. He actually learned to crawl BEFORE he could sit by himself! He couldn't do that until probably 5.5 - 6 months. I lowered his crib when he started commando crawling because he would grab onto things and pull himself, and I could see where that was heading, LOL. They learn so fast, though, one day he just decided to pull himself up into standing, and from then on he does it 100 times a day! So just keep an eye on the cues and lower it when it makes sense. How is your little one doing?

Not so great. The band-aids wouldn't stick to her hands and she moves too much to get them on! They look like they are getting lighter now and I haven't seen them spread anywhere. I just bought some new band aids and hopefully they will stick better. I think I am just going to put the cotton balls on when she is sleeping. How is your little man doing?

Hey, what's going on over there in the 6mos. group? Seems like there's too much missing to figure it out.

You have a great looking family! And I'm sorry to hear about your friend losing her baby to SIDS. I will check that site out. Have a nice day :)

that is true...so hard when you want to make the absolute right decision on nutrition and you won't know until years later...

i put 1/2 teaspon in two of his bottles for the reflux..hedoesn't spit up often but he still has like that silent reflux...i'mjust worried that he's going to have additional problems if I feed him so early when he doesn't need it...I might wait till he hits his 5month mark...

newmommy - Friday, 22 August
WOW! You are awesome! Thank you so much for helping me out! She only has a few on her hands, and I am hoping that they do not spread to her precioius face :( I have no idea where she got them from! I have not taken her to the pool, and since I have not been working since the beginning of July she has not been in daycare.... I feel so bad, she has already been through so much, thrush, eczema, cradle cap, and now this!!! She is always so happy so I am sure that nothing has bothered her yet. I have found a home remedy on the internet that I am going to try, it says to soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and keep it on the bump for 24 hours and it should go away in a few days. I plan on putting her mittens back on and hoping she can't get them off LOL! Thank you again for all your help

newmommy - Thursday, 21 August
Since they are only on her hands can it spread to her mouth since she is always sticking her hands there? Can I get it? I looked up images online and some were so terrible I got upset, but hers look like tiny ant bites. Her doctor said that since she has eczema she is more prone to get it. I was starting to worry that no one had ever heard of this since I hadn't gotten any replies! Thank you so much. its a relief to know it's not really a big deal or unheard of.
