the name is kylee. i have a wonderful son named jordan who just turned two. we found out in january that we are expecting another baby and then found out that its another boy! im really excited that i will have two boys so close in age, i cant wait to see them interact together.

i stayed at home until my contractions were 3-4 minutes apart. I used an exercise ball for support and used suggestions from the book i recommended to visualize dilation and stay calm and open. One breathing technique i liked was to blow raspberries or blow out making my lips vibrate. If you stay open and relaxed, your cervix will dilate faster. WHen my midwife came to check me I was 4 cm relaxed and moving to 7 cm during a contraction. We went to the hospital at 2 am and by 6 am I was 9.5 cm dilated. It took me another 2 hours to reach 10 cm and then we found the baby to be breech and I ended up in surgery. But overall, i found the contractions easier to bear standing up or moving around. My friends who read the book as well also said it really helped to visualize opening up and dilating with each contraction. This was her first labor too and when she got to the hospital she was 8 cm already.

I watch delivery me a lot :) There are so many baby shows! I love watching them all :) Even my husband watches them!

I had my daughter! saturday, june 14th at 435 pm. she was 7lbs 5oz 19 inches long! WAYY smaller than my son was. I will post more later on my profile!

I have had a very easy pregnancy so so. Other than people asking if I am having twins, everything has beeen a wonderful pegnancy. I have not had any morning sickness no nothing. Just some ligament pains every so often.

I have been feeling out of breath for a little while now. I have noticed that while I am eating I can't breath out of my nose.
How are you feeling? This my first, and I am so excited!
