nothings wrong with you. its just what you crave. BELIEVE ME, i could go for a good 3 pounds of huge crab legs, and about 10 bagels with LOX and cream cheese, but obviously i cant. at least you're not like my mom when SHE was pregnant: she craved dirt and laundry detergent!! just hang in there. look up the kind of fish you want on the internet and see if its one you can have in small amounts or once a week, or ask your doc....

also i thought i would mention this....although im sure you already know. sushi, oysters and any other raw or undercooked meats are not a good idea while ur pregnant. you only have 20 more weeks so it shouldnt be that hard to just wait it out for the safety of ur baby :)

i was told that i could eat fish such as bass or catfish, tuna, and shrimp. i was only told to stay away from large fish like shark, swordfish, and mackerel bc they have high levels of mercury. fish are actually good for you bc they have omega-3 fatty acids. they are a great source of protein and low in saturated fat. All fish and shellfish contain some trace amounts of mercury the key is to only eat fish and shellfish with low levels of mercury and to eat it in moderation. 12oz is what is considered the safe amount for a week. usually that is the equivilant of 2 meals. i have the same love affair with fish and especially shellfish lol. hope that helps!!
